일단 이 비용에는 절대도 묶지 않을 호텔입니다. 비용이 저렴하더라도 다시 묶을 생각이 전혀 없습니다.
호텔 조식과 관련해서 All included라고 하면서 쿠폰을 줬습니다. 아침에 저쪽에서 이용하면 된다고 안내를 했는데
제가 다른 Marriott 계열의 호텔에서 묵었을 때는 이런일이 없었는데 총 결제 금액에 조식을 따로 포함해서 비용을 청구를 했습니다.
조식이 포함되어 있다고 안내를 하지 않았다면 절대 먹지 않았을 겁니다.
그리고 Deposit도 이해가 되지 않는데 340 불을 Open card로 청구를 했는데 예약 확정에 있었던 317.90의 금액도 아니였습니다.
그러면 도대체 어떤 금액으로 청구를 하려는건지 Depoit인지 설명도 하지 않고 이상한 금액을 중간에 결제를 하고 최종 금액은 조식을
포함해서 결제를 하겠다는건데 왜 이렇게 Open card를 마음대로 결제를 하는지 이해가 되지 않습니다.

Los empleados no hablan español, considerando que California es un estado con alta población latina y que trabajan en un hotel esto es absurdo. Además se negaban a intentar hablarlo o intentar entender a mis padres, simplemente contestaban NO ESPAÑOL.
Los empleados nos indicaron que había desayuno y al otro día llegamos y estaba cerrado el restaurante. Esto sucedió en dos ocasiones. Parece que ni ellos mismos saben sobre sus horarios ni sus servicios.

Loved the staff and bartender and breakfast team.
I didn’t like that the person who answered the phone when I confirmed our reservation I asked there was a shuttle, and they stated no. So we took an Uber ride from the airport and Seattle to the hotel, which cost 75+ dollars only during check in to find out if the hotel actually had a shuttle.  I also wish that the restaurant and our bar stayed open later. We arrived about 9 PM and it would’ve been nice to be able to have a nightcap and maybe a couple appetizers. I feel like that will bring an even more business from your guests that are staying there at the hotel.

We checked in on the app, it said it was complete but we’re waiting on the room keys that come electronically on the app. waited for over an hour only to learn from the nasty lady at the front desk that we were first time visitors there so we couldn’t check in that way. I told her that was ridiculous and she threw us out

It's in a convenient location
Our room was marked as king + sofa bed. The sofabed in the room was barely an armchair. So there was no room in the bed for two people to sit and relax (outside of the bed)

King bed was very comfortable. The room was good size. Place was not noisy. Front desk person was very responsive when I asked for a pillow.
The sofa bed was not comfortable. The bathroom sink area was small for 3 people. Please add more hooks in shower room. Shower is a little narrow. Lots of wasted space in the shower/toilet room.

elevator close to our room was out of order and we were on 4th floor. it is not a complaint
