really nice place, nice hospitality, price - logically high, but personel acts very fair.
bars and restaurants closed at 9 pm ..... for an european its a bit early

The prices - food was extortionate, so I ate away from the hotel. It costs a lot of extra money for certain things i.e. a reserved seat by the pool is 50 dollars a day!

Not very impressed đ, You check in at 4 pm and everything seems to be closing at the same time. It doesn't not match! For the money you pay you should be able to enjoy yourself without being rushed

Extras:
- (self) parking $23 per day. That was a surprise!
- additional cost for special pool area.
- Room for 2, but:
* only enough inroom coffee for 1
* only one chair for indoor table
* toiletries no longer in small bottles, but in large dispensers.
* site works outside room window, did not help serenity.
Overall it felt like a drop in service since our many previous stays. There was a distinct feeling to fleece customer, with additional costs, wherever possible.
At a cost of $400 per night, I would expect better.

The service was outstanding, Everyone was friendly and very happy/helpful. I wish you would have pool noodles and two chairs in the room for both people to sit at the table to eat the wonderful room service food.

Love the amenities. Pool staff was amazing.
I was charged for valet that I didnât use⌠over billed over paid. I self parked and paid for that too.

Loved how well maintained the property was. They were very accommodating too.
I wish there were more dining options, especially that catered to children. I didnât care for such limited options with food. I didnât like that they didnât allow personal snacks outside of our rooms. If weâre there with toddlers, itâs an inconvenience to be out at the pool and not have snacks that they prefer. My kid wasnât happy.
I also just felt that, overall, compared to other similar resorts Iâve stayed around the country, the price tag should have been slightly lower.

it is a beautiful property and very clean. Front desk, valet, and bellmen are extremely wonderful. The staff outside at the bar and poolside were also wonderful.
I didnât like having to pay for lounge chairs at the pool, bar staff in the lobby bar was rude and overcharged me, room service was charged to my room for a few hundred dollars, but I was downstairs in the bar getting overcharged. Iâve never gotten any of my money back. Itâs a total nightmare.

Lack of food choices. Only one restaurant open for lunch or pool option. Not all that great.

Spending a quiet evening on the lazy river and floating in a pool was very nice. we liked the bell service and the in room tv.
The hot tub was dirty with algae and not hot. the rooms need a mixrowave to enjoy all our leftovers we could store in the fridge but couldnât wat. It was difficult to get a bottle of water or soda because we could not find where any were sold other than the boutique store far from our room.

There is not any cellphone service in the area.

Lazy River was perfect for our group. Kids enjoyed arcade area. Beautifully landscaped property. Quiet at night. Felt safe. Great fitness center. Early check in was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
Long walk from self park. We had Starbucks on 7/6 but on 7/7 there was an unexplained charge of about $12 on check out day.
