Exceeded expectations. Def better than pictures. Liked layout of the room - really clean, spacious and well designed. Restaurant was good - breakfast great. Loved all the snacks, etc you can purchase.

There was no information about anything. The TV channel that had info was not working. Something in a paper copy would have been nice.

Location excellent.

Pool was not open for our two day stay. Pool guy came and fixed chemicals but did not leave gate open. Really annoying. Too hot to do much. Really affected our stay.

Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Both mattress need to be replaced.

Laminate floors poorly installed, sounded like popping corn when you walked on them, looked quilted. Water pressure minimal in the shower. Bed too soft. Waited at desk 15 minutes to find out if room repair was complete...this was after 5 pm, we had been told the room would be ready between 3-4....guest in front of us was told to go out to dinner.and their room might be ready when they returned!

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Clean.

The hot tub was not working. That was the reason we picked this motel. The swimming pool also was not heated and was locked when the sign stated the hours open. The floors were coming loose, which made it a trip hazard.

no information provided about any of the amenities. There as some bluetooth mirror in the bathroom -what was that? Could it have been useful? I have no idea. Was there a gym? I really wanted one but couldn't find it. The lighting was really difficult. One of the light switches turned off the outlet that the charger was plugged in to. Why? It was really hard to read in bed. The shower had no pressure. The breakfast interaction was absurd. They honestly did not know what "toasting" meant. They warmed the english muffin (perhaps in a microwave) rather than toasting it. I had to send it back twice to get it toasted and I still think they fried it. It was like I was in another country.

The lighting in the room was not good. It felt dark even when all the lights were on. Because we had a ground floor room, we could not open the window shades and still maintain our privacy. The room window faced the parking lot. The water pressure to the shower was weak. The flooring in the bathroom was warping / buckling because water from the shower was getting underneath it. All said, I feel like the room wasn’t worth the price tag.
