The only good thing was the Starbucks at the ground floor.

We booked a room for 4 people. They gave us the room half ready. The sofa bed was closed and unprepared and had to open it ourselves. There were pillows and towels for only 2 people. They didn’t even offer free wifi with the amount of money we paid. Parking too expensive. Very sad and disappointing experience for a Marriott hotel.

Excellent staff and clean rooms.

You can’t change this but we expected this property to be closer to all that Old Town offers and it wasn’t very close after all.

the breakfast was very good, nice selections and all well made - not reheated in the microwave. the server was excellent, so friendly. I felt like she was serving us in her own home.

everything was extra, parking, wifi, the rooms are dated, nice size, they just need some updating.

This hotel's location is good. You can walk anywhere you need to go in and around Old Town. A lot of the popular shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs are very near. Parking is a bit tight at the hotel. With our F450 truck we had to park on the street. A sedan and most SUVs will be fine. The room was clean and quite nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The little 3rd Avenue Grill in the lobby was really very good. I would recommend getting the room package that includes breakfast. Excellent food and the servers were awesome. The staff we encountered were top notch. Special kudos to Manager Adrian and Server Lori. Great employees.

Parking was too tight for our truck. We had to park on the street down a bit from the hotel.
