La propreté ! C'est vraiment agréable d'arriver dans un logement qui sent le propre et qui l'est ! Le lit est confortable, on a vraiment très bien dormi et le gros plus est que c'est silencieux. La nouvelle climatisation ne fait pas de bruit, on entend très peu à l'extérieur, c'est calme, relaxant. Les draps sont agréable, on est comme à la maison. Le propriétaire est super, avenant et à l'écoute. Dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, il était présent. Nous nous étions trompées dans la réservation de la chambre et pensions avoir une cuisine. Le lendemain, il nous amenait des assiettes et couverts en plastique ainsi qu'un micro-onde ! Au top! Il y a plusieurs tables pour manger à l'extérieur, ce qui est vraiment sympathique ! Tout est bien entretenu.

Il manquerait un étendage pour sécher les maillots de bain et linge en revenant de la plage ou de la piscine. Mais franchement, sinon, au top !

The hotel looks like it was recently remodeled. It was amazing. Everything was clean. And the bed omg amazing I loved it. The check in and check out was super easy. The place was quiet. The host Matthew was very attentive.

Everything!!! The room is beautiful! I can tell is brand new! In one word IMPECCABLE!!! Very close to the beach, and other places. Very high recommended. Definitely we will come back soon.

The location is super. It is in a big avenue, next to the bus stop and four blocks from the beach entrance. Close to Fort Lauderdale beach. If you like to walk, 1 hour to Las Olas beaches and restaurants nearby. I recommend going through the beach. 20 min by bus. 10 min bus to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea 7/eleven two blocks away. B-Cycle station 2 blocks away. WaterTaxi station 4 blocks away (Shooters Waterfront. Stop #9) The girls at dorm were very kind and gentle. Thank you so much to them! The hostel guy was very kind when I finally could get in touch with him.

At my first arrival at 7am there was no one at desk or anyone to help me get in. I announced by email that I was arriving early but didn't get the instructions to enter by my own. I had to go to the beach with my baggage and stay there for some hours. I came back to hotel and could get in because a girl at the dorm helped me and contact the manager after been shouting hello for some minutes at the gate. The pool was closed by health department. No bikes for rent. I would rather stay at a private room but there was no availability.

I was not able to check-in at this hotel despite my reservation. I had a reservation for two nights via Booking.com. I went to the hotel on the day of my reservation after 3 pm (as instructed) but no one was there and the front office was locked. I emailed them twice about my situation but did not hear back. I had to make a reservation at a different hotel. Terrible experience.

some of the women that live there thine they can tell other women what to do. I have a bladder problem and a women kept wondering if I was being sneaky, It's completey unnecessary. We don't have to be tiptoeing. What we do is non of your concern,

I didn't like mold in the bathroom & other places, busted bathroom door,no maid service, no manger or staff to be found on property, no clean towels, rusty refrigerator, no cabel box, & the TV would only speak in Spanish.

Great place near beach.

I guess this is one of the lower-priced options near the beach. We booked last minute and had limited options. There is a protected pool in the courtyard and the parking is right in front of the building. There are restaurants withing walking distance and a kitchen if you prefer to eat in.

The furnishings were worn and appliances rusty. Cleaning could be better, and the door lock did not work. Considering some of the other guests, we would have liked the security.

Yolanda was nice and very accommodating. A good small hotel to rest after a day at the beach.

keys barely work, nobody was ever at the property to help with anything (check in was some random guest going to flag someone down to let me in) the room was dirty (used toilet paper and someone else’s bar of soap in the shower) there was no housekeeping even though i left the room by 10 am every morning so my bed was never made and no new towels (the ones there had makeup stains from before i got there) , bugs in the room (roaches & spiders ) and there was not enough toilet paper for even one night & nobody around to ask for more …

I booked a room in this hotel or one night. Before check-in i tried to contact their office to clarify some questions. The office never answered my phone calls and emails during three consecutive days. Booking.com representative also tried to contact them on my behalf but again unsuccessfully. Only a couple of hours before check-in I received a message from the hotel. They said that my room key was placed in an envelope with my name and room number and left in a black mailbox outside hotel. I came to Deauville at 9 pm and found in the mailbox an empty envelope with my name. No key was there. My room was found open. I entered the room, locked from inside and prepared to sleep. In about 11 pm somebody knocked in the door and using obscene language told me that he lives in this room. He showed me my key and told me that obtained it from the office. Clearly he was under influence (I felt smell of alcohol). I suspect that this man stole my key from the mailbox. I understood that this man was also a guest of the hotel but wanted to stay in a better room. I consider this hotel as an extremely unsafe place. Two major concerns: 1 - office personnel leaves keys unattended in the place with easy access by anybody from the street, so they do not guarantee that the key will be given to a right person, 2 - they do not allow any possibility to contact hotel personnel by phone in the case of emergency, such as stolen key or illegal room occupation.
