Pools, friendly staff

All good! Great Experience

The hotel forces you to have 100% deposit at check in, even if I already paid for the full stay in advance. Such a convenience when you are going for business and you live in countries where mainly debit cards are used.

I loved how luxurious it felt along with how clean everything was!

Location and amenities especially the pool

The room across the hall was extremely noisy and kids kept knocking on our door. It took calls to the front desk over 2 hours(1130pm-130am) before it stopped. Horrible sleep on night 1

Pool was nice

The nightly rate was outrageous but it was a convention. Bathroom was teeny-tiny. Elevators constantly malfunctioned. Signage was awful - could never find anything. Restaurant was not big enough to handle the press of people.

Great view from room, great decor, large room, clean, friendly staff, lots of parking in well-lit parking lot. One of the best hotels in this price range I have ever stayed at! Will stay again!

Only complaint - people talking and laughing loudly in hallway at 6:15 a.m. but that is not the fault of the hotel, just ignorant people.

Elevators don't work. Small small bathroom with no room for your toiletries. No microwave in room.

elevators are terrible. takes over 10 minutes to get an elevator if one even comes. talked to staff and they said walk up or down steps to next floor to see if it will come. this 3rd year we been there and has been same every time. will look else where next year

the pool was nice. The waitress that I had was very lovely and friendly and was able to recommend places to shop.

rest of the staff was not friendly, I felt judged. the elevators were broken, there was no sauna when I was told there was one. the limitations on creamer, towels and coffee were ridiculous compared to the hotels my friends stayed at I wish I never spent the money I did at this hotel. I’m not someone who makes less than $30,000/year I make well over $100,000/year and hate that I spent more at this hotel then my friends who stayed at the delta. (there room was bigger, and had way more accommodations for half the price) Not worth coming back to this location - I was expecting the same service I received when I called the Hilton but I am guessing it is a call Center not the hotel itself.

Too much chlorine in water. Elevators button does not work it took too long not knowing cuz the lights are not working. Mattress were not comfortable.
