Beds were really comfy, rooms were nice. I was staying with my teen daughter and felt safe there.

Breakfast was a la carte, they had flood damage on bottom floor so rooms were all higher levels and only one small elevator for everyone.

Fire alarm testing with out any notice.

Breakfast was terrible.I paid $10. to have a breakfast which turned out to be cereal and orange juice. OTHER people staying at the Hotel were able to buy breakfast sandwiches, and / or other, items even waffles( for $11). I felt like a fool and quiet frankly cheated

I was happy with the service which was GREAT!!! And it wasn't just the front desk. The cleaning and Maintenance crew were VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL opening doors, helping with my key that stopped working. Being disabled I was very appreciated that everyone was so helpful.

We had a fire in one of the hotel room and we needed to all go out of the hotel , also the fire alarm in all the rooms kept noisy till 00:30,,it was hard time I am expecting the hotel to send apologize and gift us somehow. Beside that the hotel is great

1st room none of the electrical outlets worked, 2nd room bathroom has mold in shower and nasty unclean gunk on the sink handle it was gross! Hospitality staff was rude! And breakfast is ridiculously high for no reason.

Room was way to SMALL. Fridge didn't work. The floor I was on an area I was in smelled like Marijuana the whole stay. Wasn't great at all bout that because it was supposed to be a no smoking hotel. But that made it bad.

"EVERYTHING" the staff was excellent, very friendly, helpful, polite, accommodating all together the perfect staff.

Nice location. It was hot so enjoyed walking in the nearby mall. Attractive lobby in this hotel. The room was nice and dark with their darkening curtains

No USB ports in the room. It would be wonderful if there were more guest washer and dryers.

Only one elevator, even the cleaners was using the elevator with a wagon cart full of sheets and dirty towels at same time than the guest……

The unit 343 smell very bad, no good experience

This was an affordable place to stay when my daughter was visiting nearby Lynn University. There was a pool & hottub outdoors, and some food available downstairs.

It was a bit hard to find since it is not directly on a road. The hotel allows pets, and I was not happy to discover that our couch pillow had been soaked in dog urine.

Very clean and comfortable in a great location around a lot of shops and restaurants and minutes off the interstate. They were are super welcoming to my husbands service dog! All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful!
