The woman that checked us in was very nice. It is the only positive comment I can make.

The hotel was extremely dirty, the toilet did not work in our room, the shower did not drain in the room where my guests stayed, and I did not feel safe here at all.

Dustin was great. He accommodated us and made us feel welcome. He always made sure we were ok and had fresh hot coffee every morning!

No carpet would be better but everything was fine.

they gave me first floor room when I requested it, which was excellent. they offered some small refreshments on check it, which was nice. the water with fruit was a good recharge.

the price was about $100 more than I recall when I booked. that was a disappointment. they are not serving breakfast yet again. that was a disappointment.

The staff tried to accommodate me and were very kind.

The two rooms that was available was dated rooms and needed to be updated. The microwave and refrigerator was worn in room #269 and the appearance of the door was dirty and I requested another room. In room #203 the carpet was worn and dirty. I requested my money back but was told I could not get it back. I was very disappointed. I also stayed a day priir and was told that I had a non- smoking room but I could smell smoke in the environment which someone had previously caused by renting the room before me. In my former stays at this hotel , Extended Stay America, in the past the service use to be very great and the rooms use to be very clean. I was very disappointed with the present service.

Nothing. The whole stay was horrible. I can’t really say it was good at all.

The bathroom toilets didn’t work. I was told that the maintenance was on vacation. I waited 8 hours until the next person came to help me after the person that was working quit during the shift. The police was called because many guest were trying to checked in. I was finally able to get a plunger an fix the toilet issues myself. I couldn’t relax. The manger never responded to my emailed or calls. I massage was also sent by your customer service department. I would never stay here again.
