This was a very nice and easy, comfortable stay. The motel is very close to where we needed to be for getting together with family. There are shopping centers nearby with several places to eat. The check-in was very quick and friendly, and the staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. This was our second time staying there and we will do it again. The weekend rates are very reasonable.

Our reservation was for 2 queen size beds, and the beds were doubles. We were very tired so we didn't complain.

Everything was great! The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use, and I liked that there were headphones available in the fitness center for the little tvs. I also liked the size of my room, and that there was space for my yoga mat.

The AC unit was fairly loud and rusty, but it was nice enough out that I could use the window instead. It also would've been nice if the continental breakfast were included in the price of the accommodation.

How close it was to the freeway.

I requested a mini fridge when booking, but ours didnt even work. I also got into a really bad car accident in the middle of our stay. Car was totaled, my boyfriend and I are both injured. I was discharged from the hospital last night.. I wasn’t able to get a refund for the rest of my stay just because I paid through Klarna which is a 3rd party.. honestly silly, especially based on the unforeseen circumstances. I guess it’s my fault for not paying up front, but unfortunately not everyone has the means to cough up the funds.. We booked a room not for leisure, it was due to having to go to court. I’ll just take it as a loss. Most likely will not ever return.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. It’s accessible to good restaurants and shops. A safe area to have morning or evening walks. I would recommend theitel to friends and relatives.

The air conditioner did not work in our room so we had to change rooms then the room we got into the TV didn’t work but they came out and got that fixed so he’s fine after that but then the toilet kept sticking you had to fix the handle yourself to make it flush all the way

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back again!

The room could have been a bit cleaner; there were stains on the carpet in front of the bathroom.
