Parents of a traveling baseball team were partying and playing extremely loud music through a guitar amp at the pool in the hotel center (so loud it was vibrating walls/windows etc). Staff were unwilling to intervene because those guests "are allowed to enjoy themselves." Fortunately one staff member released us from our booking after a few hours in the room so we could find another hotel.

Breakfast was good. To improve, I would serve cooked oatmeal in a large crockpot type container.
I noticed several people who were eating breakfast who were coughing as they were getting their plate. Suggestion to keep utensils, plates , food covered.

We were there 11 days and they never cleaned the room.

Employees were helpful and informative. Went above and beyond to change our room allowing easy access for me during a time I was unable to walk well.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was just perfect. We really were able to relax and enjoy ourselves especially in the morning drinking coffee on the balcony.
The shower was a little grodey and the body wash smelled awful.

Comfortable beds and little lounge area with tv in room. It was very quiet and the room temperature is adjustable. I slept very well.

The location was good
The free breakfast advertised was not a typical free breakfast you find at any hotel. It was very limited and not self serve. I know this isn't the top of the line but even cheap hotels I've been to can offer better breakfast service. I wouldn't advertise breakfast included. The staff was not able to bring towel to room. It was very "on your own" type of service.

This is our second time at Sonesta Select. I am impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. It's beautiful, staff were all friendly. The front desk clerk went above and beyond. The restaurant food was good as well.
Overall I am a satisfie satisfied visitor. I would get a little extra help at the restaurant. The current staff is very friendly and professional but they moved a little too slow and were not that coordinated.

Unexpected clean room
NOT GOOD!!!…we are 4 guest. For the price we paid, the voucher for free breakfast is only for 2 person! thats is the only reason we pocked this place. All guest should be coveted for breakfast. I dont think i will come back.

First of all, Bill the manager was AMAZING! He helped us out amazingly and was super hospitable. Breakfast was honestly the best bfast we have had at a hotel. We assumed it was going to be like the hotel breakfast like others we have been to, however, everything was made FRESH, the bfast sandwich was amazing, the potatoes were super crispy. DELISH!
We had to change out our sheets and blanket for a new set bc it just seemed like it wasn't cleaned/washed.

Absolutely disappointed and customer service was a “zero” if I can rate that. Absolutely horrible. Rude and rooms were so thin. We were next to a party and they were being obnoxious and drunk til 2am wjth a crying baby and swearing all night. Absolutely never again
