The Inn canceled their airport shuttle and never notified me. To my knowledge never notified Booking.com or Booking never notified me. After two phone calls they sent a Lyft which took another 10 minutes in the rain. Terrible for an airport hotel

Heating system

The room's door lock was not unlocking easily by the card key. No water was available in the room but only at the bar near the reception. No one answered the phone to ask for the shuttle bus to take me from the airport.

Close to airport and great that they set up Lyft and paid for it

Clean, nice size room, and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is just wonderful. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The location was convenient to the airport, which is what we needed. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good when some of the serving containers were finally refilled.

When we went to breakfast, there were some standard food items that weren't available for a while, such as bacon and coffee (but then there was a teen sports team having breakfast at the same time, which probably explains it!). When I first put half and half in my coffee, it curdled, so had to throw it out and get more, only by then the coffee carafe was empty.

The ride share from/to airport was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Internet worked fine.

Other than a Ruby Tuesdays across the street there isn’t too much else around. About a half mile walk or so to a Wawa.

Beautiful hotel less than 10 minutes drive to Philadelphia airport. Everything was fine, the bed was so comfortable just like am at home. Wished I was not traveling, would have loved to stay some more. Would definitely stay there again by God’s grace.

Our bathroom had a little drainage problem but as soon as we complained to the lady at the front desk, she immediately changed our room to a better one. So everything was fine.

The room and mattresses were comfortable. The room was clean.

Check-in was slow (computer issue, I think). Came in late one evening and the side door was not locked.

There was nothing I did not like about the stay

Clean, great all over staff along with complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. The biggest plus is the kind graciousness of the staff from the front desk (especially Diana! ⭐️) to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping, as well as their patience answering questions and providing transport suggestions to the city center. Complimentary Lyft to/from the airport is a plus.. Good Chobani yogurt and a Bigelow tea selection at the complimentary breakfast rather than that cheap and tasteless Lipton brand. Would I stay there again and recommend this location to others? Absolutely!

I wished the complimentary breakfast can be extended to 10am vs current 9am closing. I arrived close to 1am due to a very late flight arrival and would have liked sleeping a bit longer before the breakfast service ended

This is my 11th visit to Philadelphia since January, and I've stayed at many facilities. However, I've chosen Fairfield for my last three. It does not have all the bells and whistles as a lot of other hotels, but the staff there more than makes up for that. Every staff member that I was in contact with provided me with outstanding customer service, especially the front desk crew. The place is clean and very comfortable. I will continue to go back there because of their incredible customer service.

Although it was okay, they could do better with their breakfast selections. However, I'm reaching trying to come up with something to complain about.

Good location, close to the highway but quiet Staff was great, particularly the gentleman that checked us in at the front desk. He gave us lots of recommendations on sites and restaurants
