The room was nice. Victor was super nice and helpful. The overall hotel was very nice. The food was wonderful.

I didn't like that I paid $387 to say for two nights. I stood in line for breakfast on Sunday morning. I was talking to other people in line. It was so embarrassing to be told that I did not "qualify" for the free breakfast. I didn't read anywhere that breakfast was only for certain guests. I was told at the front desk, when I checked in, when breakfast hours were. I had left my room without my purse so, with no way to pay, I had to walk out of the line. That was one of the worst things that could have happened. For that, I would never recommend your hotel. I will put a bad review any chance I can.

I love where the property was located, Walmart and at least half a doz. Restaurants literally there across the street. I also love the balcony access “fresh air is always a plus” BUT THE STAFF!!! the staff at this hotel is AWSOME! I cant express how much gratitude I have for how they accommodated me and my wife, the two young lady’s at the front desk especially “alice” I believe and I forgot the other young lady, but thank you both especially!

I love the breakfast buffet, fresh, clean and delicious and the bed was at a comfortable level and it was quite like I asked

Our room was not cleaned the entire five days we were there, every time we needed clean towels we had to find house keeping. By the 3 day we went down to the front desk and asked if they can come clean our room and the young lady at the front wrote it down and said she would have housekeeping come and clean and all the did was bring fresh towels and emptied the trash cans. They didn’t wipe anything or change the sheets. That was the first experience I stayed in a hotel and the room didn’t get cleaned, that was disappointing and the was our anniversary trip!!!

The attitude of reception staff. It was unbelieavable the way I was treated on check out they told me my card was not working and if I had money on it that it would - what an insult, They would not let me pay the balance for room charges in cash, Manager also refused. I was on the phone to the my own bank and they said my card was absolutely fine & it was their old swipe system that was the problem, my European card is chip & pin only but the receptionist would not listen and would not take the cash & let us get on our way. We finally got out of there when my husband's card details were keyed into their cc machine (as we couldn't let them swipe it) after about an hour. If you are European do not let any establishment swipe your card in the US.

I like the massive atrium, an how it's one giant echo chamber. Decor is pretty wild! 2 pools are always a welcome site.

The shower door leaks all over the floor an creates a slick surface in bathroom. Almost fell!

This hotel denied me check in on 7/29/ 23 but indicated that I completed my stay. I opted to pay at property but was told my Visa credit declined which I knew could not be correct. So, I paid through Booking and got my confirmation. Then, I was told that they could not accept my card type. It was a Visa. My refund has not been issued. No manager available and I overheard clean rooms were not available at 4:30p meaning no rooms to check arrivals in to. Boarded up windows. Do not stay.

Horrible. Hotel has not refunded my payment. Booking has not assisted to get my refund.

No valet and no bell boys to help with luggage.

The location was fairly decent. Not much of a view if you’re looking forward to the balcony view. The hotel room was clean and neat.

Upon check-in, I was charged again for the room that I prepared for. The Man checking me in was rude about it. On top of that, I didn’t get the room I reserved and he was rude about that as well.

Room was very nice.

You need to request housekeeping which they didn’t tell us so we had to reuse our wet towels to shower. They had the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bottles in the shower. All were empty. Didn’t realize that until I was in the shower. Asked for more product, never came. Had to pay for parking, $20 night. Neighborhood is bad so you couldn’t park in the street.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. We had it set at 62 and the room was very hot all night long. Woke up to a ton of ants all over the ground and surrounding the garbage can. Told the front desk about this when checking out and all they said was “I’ll send someone up there.” Wanted to open the patio door for cold air but it was extremely noisy with traffic and didn’t know where the ants were coming from. Would not stay here again.

The property was beautiful! Customer service on the other hand not at all. The staff was not friendly, if and when a question arose they looked bothered by it.

Parking was not included, along with breakfast, almost everything that would normally be an amenity had a service fee.
