A nice room, clean and comfortable. A beautiful pool and a great breakfast. The shuttle service downtown is very convenient. Friendly staff. Nice hot shower-I wish I could get my shower doors as clean as they are !

The rooms were nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The pool was BEAUTIFUL and their bar area was really nice as well. There were many stores and beaches within walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back. Thanks to the amazing and kind staff and the wonderful services provided.

Der schlechteste Service! Wenn man es Service nennen kann. Keiner hat die Zimmer gemacht. Wir mussten mit unseren Kindern die Couch selbst beziehen.. achja die Wäsche dazu mussten wir uns auch holen

Uns hat die Lage, kostenloses Parken im Schatten, ein Zubringer Bus vom Hotel in die Stadt und zurück gefallen. Sehr schönes Pool 💦.

Unsere Zimmer war sehr muffig, verraucht und veraltet. Sehr laute Klimaanlage. Der Restaurant ist offen. An manche Speisen kamen die Tauben ran.

Nichts! Zimmer schlecht, Frühstück ungenießbar…

Das Frühstück war grausig. Es gab nur Süsses & Müsli. Kein Brot, keine Früchte (ausser Bananen), schlechter Kaffee, kein Brot, kein Toast,… Und dazu war alles mit Plastikbesteck, Einwegtellern, Kaffeebechern,… Die Zimmer sind extrem eng, es gibt keinen Platz für den Koffer. Für diesen Preis einer Unterkunft hätten wir eindeutig mehr erwartet!

Very small room without much privacy to 4 people. Bad noise isolation from other rooms and the outside. Few breakfast options with small variety. The utensils and plates from breakfast should be made of regular materials and not plastic.

Pool, Shuttle in die Innenstadt

Für 4 Personen gebucht (Bett und Schlafsofa). Das Sofa wurde nicht zum Bett hergerichtet. Auch nicht nach mehrmaligen auffordern. Ein Kopfkissenbezug und 2 Laken wurden uns auf das Sofa gelegt. Frühstück sehr Plastik reich. Ein Schock für Europäer. Kein Geschirr zum abwaschen, nur Plastik. Frühstück war gut.

The pool was very pretty. The daily breakfast was very convenient and good. The shuttle into downtown Key West was a great amenity. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

Local agradável, bom café da manhã , piscina bonita , transfer para o centro e praia , ótimo pois no centro é difícil de parar , está 1/2 hora de caminhada do centro e da praia .

Quarto com móveis antigos , precisa de uma renovação, não condiz com valor pago pela diária , quarto pequeno . Não foi limpo durante estadia de 2 dias , o chão do banheiro quando chegamos tinha alguns fios de cabelos. Resumindo quarto ruim, pouco espaço para malas , porém como o custo dia hotéis próximos ao centro e exorbitante, e este tem estacionamento e café no preço , valeu a pena . Ah os motoristas transfer antipaticos , sendo que um deles ia o caminho todo sem cinto , com o alarme apitando , dirigiam de mal humor .

The breakfast is OK, good coffeee and choices of foods. The eggs and sausage were terrible, really not worth putting out if that is the quality and effort that going to be used . Eggs were like soup, the “ham “ looked like something found on a Little Ceasers Pizza or cheaper . For the money this hotel (and others) gouge! people for a place to sleep put a little more effort into the “hot” breakfast portion or just leave it out. The location is good, the people were helpful and the shuttle to Duval is good.

The breakfast issues stayed in previous response, the floor in our room was tile (Id assume most are ) is filthy . If you walk around the room a bit barefoot your feet are black, ridiculous. Use a mop on the floor . Again, this place charges over $400/night for a tiny room that has squeaky beds, a filthy floors and marginal cleanliness around the rest of the property. I realize part of it is a Key West thing, but every time I stay there I feel a bit ripped off on what I pay vs received. Will be looking to stay elsewhere next time down.
