The concierge floor was awesome the room was immaculate

The pool was clean, and there was ample place for everyone to sit around the pool. The rooms were spacious.

The furniture has definitely seen better days. Most of it was either chipping or had chunks missing. The baseboards on the bed must have been held on by one screw. Our room was missing a clock, which held two USB plugs since there were only two near the bed.

Connecting rooms

Beds two small. Doubles not Queens. Hotel needs some updates. Bathroom handle was falling off..we fixed it. Lots of rust in bathroom Got over charged for food delivery......was told no kids meals but after realizing there was a QR code to use it clearly says 5.00 kids meals.....boooooo

The location was convenient, and I'm familiar with the area.

The hotel is very outdated, and the $15 unchanged for the buffet breakfast on top of the room rate seems high for Rochester.

Convenient location

Pool was old and looked dirty, hot tub was not working, rooms extremely small, no microwave oven. Waited for over 15 minutes at lounge for a beverage and again for a second one. Staff were so preoccupied with a few other guests to acknowledge and serve me I had to interrupt after others that came after me were served before me
