Breakfast was powdered eggs and under cooked bacon. No coffee...repeat NO COFFEE.

Have my room ready at 3pm check-in time instead of 2 hours later. Have furniture without rips in it. Have pillow cases on every pillow.

common areas were not terribly clean, breakfast ran out of food, loud beeping noise in the hallway from something on a control panel that needed to be fixed.

Location is walking distance to great restaurants. There is also a wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains and sunsets from the outside property.

Not as clean as we would like in bathroom and carpet throughout suite. The suite room size is not the best for a family of five, the sofa bed is not comfortable, & the double beds are small for two adults. There was not enough bedding for the sofa bed.

easily accessible. we got the little ensuite room, and if I ever need to do a confrence in the area where I have to stay for any length of time, this would be my first choice. The breakfast is amazing too!!!

Too many barking dogs both day and throughout the night. The person that rented the unit above us, you could hear clearly every foot step they took sometimes past 11 PM.

it was outdated and unclean. much of the equipment in the 2nd bedroom did not work (overhead light, televisions and clock) when we called the front desk they told us there would be a mechanic in the morning. when we didn’t have anyone show up the next morning we called again and was told they didn’t have anyone on the weekend. How can they not have anyone available on the weekend? It was disappointing for certain. The hotel was not inexpensive and not a respected brand.

The hallways are dark and there’s no sign where the elevator was located coming from the door on the left of the building. Also during breakfast, the person who was at the front desk was also the one refilling the breakfast. So it took a while for some food to be refilled like bagels. We couldn’t wait for it to be refilled because we needed to check out at a certain time. We were also surprised that the comforter was thin, we would expect it to be thicker being in Denver. I think for an old hotel in a smaller town to be charged $143/per night is too much. I just found a $77/night in downtown Denver. I’m taking back my husband to Denver this December.
