It was a clean room that was large enough for what we wanted. Friendly staff all around.
The sofa bed is only a twin! Breakfast is thru a vendor and might as well be non-existent since there are limited hours and is an additional charge. For the price of the room there should be a nice breakfast to be a real value in comparison to surrounding hotels.

When I checked in to my room I was given a dirty room , but I was moved to another,staff was very apologetic

Didn’t like that they ran a $20 charge on my credit card just because I checked in. Learned about that charge when I received a text from my credit card company. Nobody mentioned it at check in. I inquired about it when I checked out and was told that the charge would’ve reversed since I didn’t charge anything to my room during my stay.

Booked me in 1hr before check in time. Staff was great. Parking lot a bit full but very visible quality cameras and bright Parking lot. Beds are fantastic. TV set-up for Netflix

Very clean and the staff was friendly
The total price on Booking.com was not the total price I was charged. While it was still a good deal for a room at Marriott, I was surprised at the added charges. I have always found Booking's total price to be accurate at other hotels.

High price Starbucks was the only food in your facility. Inconvenient to go out if wanting something more reasonably priced.

We arrived during the cold spell before Christmas but the room was warm and comfy. We had to cut short our stay when the hotel experienced power cuts and loss of internet.

The front desk last refused to answer the phone when we called at least 4 times. She also refused to allow us breakfast even after we showed her our billing and spoke to their corporate HQ. She was arrogant and rude.

Very hard, uncomfortable bed. The ac/heater was extremely loud almost sounding broken.

Location, it was clean and the room was spacious and well appointed.
I thought the room was to be cleaned every other day but I was there 3 days and it was not cleaned, had to get extra coffee, but other than that it was great.
