The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

-The TV remote in the bedroom did not work.
-Our keycard did not access the rear entrance like we were told it would and noticed this was true with other guests as well.

I enjoyed the room size and the full sized fridge. The bathroom was a good size.
The beds were hard and not as comfortable as we expected for the money. It made my back hurt which is a problem for someone who is older.

The breakfast was great, the location was good. We liked how it was kind of tucked back in a more peaceful setting

I liked the location. Even though it was near a major highway it was very quiet. Checkin was easy and the room had plenty of space
The shower could have used some work. The caulking was cracking.

Upon arrival I was placed in a room with a view of the basketball court. I asked to be moved to a room away from the activity outside and to a room with a nice view. (I explained that I never get vacations, so this work trip was a special treat for me). So I ended up with a lovely view of the parking lot….. too tired to argue….. I just settled. I’m not one to complain often, so I just was grateful for the move away from the basketball court.

The front office staff especially Micheal at this facility is brilliant, He knows the systems and handles all requests.
The breakfast ladies and housekeeping staff are fantastic.
This is our second stay here and it has only gotten better.

I like that the hotel was in close proximity of where my Christmas Party was hosted at. The Hotel was very clean and had great staff. Easy driving directionsa
Breakfast was not as top rated as their website listed it to me. I think they could do a little better on that part.

The food was delicious.
The bed was ver uncomfortable, the comforters were very uncomfortable. My fiancé got bit by a spider’s that were in the bed.

The suite with perfect for my handicap parents. The bathroom was exceptional since both my parents gave difficulty getting in and out of shower.
The suite was 201, and it was a very long walk for my handicap parents, my mom had recently had total knee replacement and back surgery, and my dad had neck and back surgery, so walking from the elevator to the suite 201 was hard on both of them, they had a walker and cane. Maybe have handicap rooms more accessible and closer to elevator for the elderly.

Hotel is situated in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, with shops and restaurants within a 15 min drive.
Hotel is clean and quiet/peaceful, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast is excellent.
There is nothing we did not like: we stayed in this hotel at the start of our holiday and because we had such a good experience, we booked it again to spend the last days of our holiday there.

My only negative is that the shower area on the outside around the floor could have been cleaned a little better. it wasn’t terrible.
