Location was absolutely perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. We did not partake in the breakfast offered. We decided to eat at Russels's instead.

I liked everything and everyone on the staff that I encountered.

Booking.com Made a reservation. Paid with credit card. never got confirmation of payment. Went to hotel and staff worked with me to find it. My experience with booking.com was very disappointing. At least it was consistent. I have always been let down by booking.com. I am mad at myself for using booking.com

Nice location in the heart of Old Pasadena. Room and facilities were as expected. Price was reasonable.

$22/day to park 5 days / 4 nights - room was never cleaned.

Janeen was very pleasant and helpful! Plumbing issue taken care of quickly. Breakfast staff very courteous.

No safe in the room. No daily cleaning of the room.

Well, I had to deal with almost nonstop EMS, Police and Traffic noises daily and nonstop, which should have had a reduced room rate. Since I needed a Top floor room and #629 was the only one available. And, I had to listen to room doors slamming shut which I should not have to hear at all and wish I did not have to hear it. And because you allow pets, I had to hear a dog/dogs barking every now and then (I don't have a dog). And, no one told me you had a Guest laundry room. I found it by accident which looking for the Ice Machine on my floor. And, PLEASE get your housekeepers to VACCUM and DUST your rooms (with NEW Dust cloths and Vacuum bags) every time they clean it and the hallways (to remove dog and human dander and allergens). I suffer from Allergies and Asthma, which has been affected greatly because of DUST, etc. in my room and your hallways.

I did not like the slamming doors; barking dogs; of guest; EMS and Traffic noises; dust build-up in my room and carpet. I did not like my room not having a detailed list of all the services you offer guest in my room and how, where and when to obtain them. I did not like to have housekeeping services every other day, If I'm staying for a week. I would have like to have the uninterrupted rest I needed for at least 4 day without housekeeping services or until I requested it or something I need.

Construction during my stay, however didn’t heard noise. Just a lot of material in garage, which was a little difficult to find a spot.

Only comment is may can the room have a information for the hours of the restaurant and a little menu just for let the clients know about shan’t ca they expect..

The front desk staff were very polite and apologetic for the horror and filth we we experienced. When we asked for non- allergenic pillows we got them.

I can say in all honesty that this is one of the worst hotel stays my family and I have ever experienced. Putting aside the insanity and noise of the construction the hotel was filthy! I am immune compromised so i look for hotels who explicitly say they are following enhanced cleaning procedures during this time of Covid. HAHAHH!!! Not only was this not the case but the cleaning of this hotel wasn't even up to European backpacking hostel standards! At check in we were told housekeeping comes every other day. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping came once. They knocked the door and asked us if they could come in. We were in the middle of getting ready so we asked them to come back . The housekeeper asked if she could just pick up the trash. We reluctantly agreed. to our surprise and disgust she then dragged a huge bag of trash through the room. The bag had a hole in it so as she was emptying our trash in the bag, more trash- not ours- was falling out across the floor. She didn't notice this, we tried to point this out to her but maybe she didn't hear or understand? Either way when she had left the room a trail of someone else's garbage was strewn across the floor. Since that was the only "cleaning " we had had when we left that day we asked for the room to be properly cleaned. We came back to find the beds had been made but the rest of the room was untouched. Dirty glasses were by the sink, which was still dirty as was the tub, bathroom floor and toilet. It was late so we thought we would deal with it in the morning. however during the night we discovered that we were out of toilet roll with no replacement provided. When we got up in the morning my wife called down for clean towels and toilet roll which were left outside the door... But we needn't have worried about towels as there was now no hot water to shower with due to the construction taking place.

It's a nice hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Remodeling in progress was annoying. Scaled back amenities were frustrating (two people, two packs of coffee for two nights???).

I couldn’t sleep because the blinds wouldn’t close, I was across the street from a giant neon building. Then the water wasn’t working one day

Although under construction, customer service was superb.
