The breakfast is OK but basic; no vegetables at all. The location is convenient if you drive close to the main attractions.

The cleanliness of the rooms and maintenance were not satisfactory. We saw two one-bedroom rooms. They are outdated and require renovation. They are not cleaned well. In addition, the room was not arranged for four, even though we came with two children. The sofa was not ready. The pool didn't work, so my children were disappointed.

Showed up and agent said they have no rooms.

Got turned away.

The room was like described; the kitchen was well stocked. The temperature in the rooms was good. The location to the T is useful. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The carpet in the kitchen was torn which is a safety and tripping hazard. The staff were extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I called the day before to ask about a early checkin. The person who answered first was trying to tell me if they had a room available he could let me check in early. Then when I said I wanted to check in at 3pm instead of 4pm, he told me that would be fine and I could check in early. When I arrived at 3pm to check in, they took all my info and then told me I couldn't check in until 3:30. And that they couldn't have people check in early because they couldn't guarantee the rooms were ready. I said that's fine but then don't tell people they can check in early. Then the girl just started talking to another guest, didn't say anything to me like she was done with my transaction. I asked if I was done and she said oh uh yeah. I also watched the staff interact with someone who was there to deliver something for another staff and they were extremely rude and unhelpful to them. They offered no explanation or tried to problem solve and just stared at the delivery person and said ummm. Then, I arrived back at 2:26pm and said I'm here to check in at 3:30 and they tried to tell me I couldn't check in yet. The gentleman checking me in got an attitude with me and sighed very heavily like he was exasperated. Extremely rude. We booked a two bedroom suite with another couple. The other couple, even though I had provided their name and phone number to the front desk, were given a hard time about parking. They were told there was only one car allowed. If it's a two room suite, wouldn't it make sense that there would be two vehicles? And why ask me to provide their information if they didn't need it. The gentleman gave them a lot of attitude. This morning, when we went to check out, the girl was very unfriendly and she was wearing a very inappropriate top. I saw a lot of cleavage.

Cleaner, more up to date. I asked for 2 queen beds in each room. I had one king in each room.

Seemed up to standards and rooms were great size.

The woman working when we checked in on Sunday 8/3 around 4 pm never told us parking was an extra $27 a day. We could have searched for other options. We also requested a high floor with foam pillows in our room as part of our reservation and neither of those requests were met. I’m allergic to feather pillows and had to wait to go to bed until we had them.
