If I’m ever in the area, I’ll look for another hotel. I don’t want to work with that staff again.

The fridge and AC were not operating upon arrival. Light fixture in bathroom ceiling was hanging and ready to fall off. It could have injured someone. We needed to use an iron and it had to be replaced twice because the one provided in the room was not working. When I brought these to the attention of management, he brushed me off in a passive aggressive manner. You have to be professional to receive BOTH positive and negative critique. If I can’t bring this to your attention, then who do speak with? Unacceptable.

good location, near art 287 so for us it was easy to get both north and south to make all our various visits.

It was a great stay. Most importantly I love that the room has the Holy Bible. Hotel is nice & clean

My only complaint was the breakfast. There wasn't much food to enjoy & there was no bacon which is my favorite. The orange juice & apple juice tasted weird.

Put more meat on the breakfast buffet especially bacon

It was a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay.

My room was large enough but if you needed extra towels and other items … items had to be picked up at the front desk. The couch on My room needs to be replaced.

Breakfast was okay. There was no fruit or breakfast meats. Usually there is hot oatmeal, a variety of breakfast muffins and breads.

Stay was great other than falling on my face

Location was wonderful

We had to walk through pitch black parking lot. Spouse tripped on curb and fell on his face. Bloody swollen. Huge goose egg. Need more light
