I came in very late that night and there was a policeman guarding the parking and I was able to
Park right in front of him to walk to entry.
I got a room that was too far of a walk from front desk (got lost but I have no sense of direction so that’s on me).

The place was nice inside
the heat kept turning into cold air. I called the front desk and she suggested to change rooms, we were to tired so we just kept the air on.

Rooms clean, comfortable
I really don't like the "bistro" concept for breakfast. The fitness room did not have wipes or towels.

The room was clean, loved the fireplace/pit out in the courtyard. Enjoyed sitting out there talking with friends.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The cleaning ladies were extremely Loud in the morning.

During check in and later young lady at front desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Discussed local restaurant and fixed us popcorn.

I didn't get my money back on my card after I paid in cash. My bank didn't have no showing of the stay at your facility. I ended up paying $400 for one night

Sheet did seem to fit the bed. Corners kept popping loose from corners.

Very nice accommodations. I must commend the cleaning staff also, EVERYTHING was very clean and hadn't been just glossed over time after time. I appreciate that and it didn't go unnoticed 😊
I made a reservation through booking.com, and specifically chose the king garden view with a balcony room. That is not the room we recieved. I don't complain, it was just disappointing. I'd still stay here again 😊
