the floors and the bath were dirty, the towels had hair on them

I was going to book a room in a hotel but it was fully booked. I was told by them to book my stay at Motel 6-Laredo, TX South. I took my chances since the hotel gave me good references. They said that it was clean, something really important to me. When I arrived to the hotel and checked in, I see that the room was not as advertised. It was filthy. The shower wasn’t clean and was full of hair as well. The bedsheets were full of hair. I suspect that the beds weren’t changed, just made. Even the floors were dusty and dirty. We arrived late to Laredo and my family was really tired and the city was fully booked something frustrating since I couldn’t get room in another hotel. I went to complain to front office and I was told that I could get a refund. But this option was not a solution with a fully booked city. I really believe that it is not difficult to deliver a clean room and hotels like this shouldn’t be allowed to provide services with so poor standard.

rm smelled, felt stuff, ac didnt wk only on auto n never turned off, tv didnt wk no batteries on remote either

There were many cockroaches in our bathroom. People made noise all night long and were driving in and out all night. The room was very dirty as well
