unsafe area.. also the air conditioner wasnt working correctly

The location was convenient but other than that I didn’t like anything it was very bad service
The AC was not working and the room was Very Very hot all night. The doors were broken. The bed was dirty and Very uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the door lock for the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t close. The lock for the main door itself was also broken.

Just the area around
Front desk had very bad service and has no manners very bad fist impression for the company.....

1.)There were roaches in the room.
2.) The A/C was not working properly it was 1230am and it was hot we had it at 68 since we checked in at 330_4 and it felt like 83 still passing midnight
3.) The bed when I moved the mattress to the side to se the bottom of the bed it was so dirty on moth sides
4.) the shower was nasty inside the shower floor like old soap scrub.
5.) The curtain didn’t even had all the rings to close properly on top
I had never staid in a motel 6 that was in this conditions honestly I would never go back to that one or rent a motel 6 at all I also requested a room down stairs when I got there and they said they yes and when we got there they said only upstairs I only took pictures of one roach but there was another one by the bed and in the restroom

Solo la ubicación es buena
Lo peor que me ha pasado en algún hotel, cuando realicé el check in me dieron un número de habitación la cual subí a ver y todo estaba bien, por la noche cuando regrese esa habitación se la habían asignado a otra persona y a mí me cambiaron a otra sin notificarme, menos mal yo no dejé ningún objeto personal dentro de la primera habitación. Las sábanas parecían que no estaban limpias, tenían muchos cabellos por todos lados.

Ubicación
El aparato de aire hacía mucho frio. La reservación decía que era cama extra grande y era matrimonial, además e mencionar micro en la habitación y no contaba con eso.

I was going to book a room in a hotel but it was fully booked. I was told by them to book my stay at Motel 6-Laredo, TX South. I took my chances since the hotel gave me good references. They said that it was clean, something really important to me. When I arrived to the hotel and checked in, I see that the room was not as advertised. It was filthy. The shower wasn’t clean and was full of hair as well. The bedsheets were full of hair. I suspect that the beds weren’t changed, just made. Even the floors were dusty and dirty. We arrived late to Laredo and my family was really tired and the city was fully booked something frustrating since I couldn’t get room in another hotel. I went to complain to front office and I was told that I could get a refund. But this option was not a solution with a fully booked city. I really believe that it is not difficult to deliver a clean room and hotels like this shouldn’t be allowed to provide services with so poor standard.

There were many cockroaches in our bathroom. People made noise all night long and were driving in and out all night.
The room was very dirty as well

there was no hot water.. when I asked for compensation.. they explained to me that this is my problem.. I will never use the services of this hotel chain again
