The staff was very friendly. Room was good and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. You can see that they care about this place based on their attitudes and willingness to help satisfy your requests. Melanie was great!

The hotel is under renovations, so temper your expectations. Based on what we saw in just the short time we were there, it will be an exceptional hotel when complete. They are making great progress. That being said, expect construction and the debris that accompanies it to be seen, even though it's not that bad.

i have never been to a place that smells so bad!! the bathtub had an old bandaid in it!! i actually went to walmart to buy cleaning products and cleaned my room myself - if you dont care about cleanliness then this is the place for you!

Construction

Everything was very old and outdated. Everything has an old smell. The bed sunk in the middle and not comfortable at all. Worst hotel I've been to.

room needs a good cleaning, small bugs in room and sparse selection for breakfast.

filthy, there had been a fire, railin overlooking pool was loose and my husband almost fell over. carpet was filthy in the room. only 1 bath towel. stayed 2 nights room not cleaned

Everyone was friendly.

The building needs a lot of work.the chaulk in our bathroom was moldy and unfinished. The exterior of the build was beat up and missing plaster. Some of the overhangs were actually falling down. Rooms were super small. One chair, bed, desk, two night stands and a stand that had the TV on it. This possibly was a refrigerator. Just truely needs an update. Was shocked this is not the normal for this hotel chain.

rooms were dirty and had a chemical smell bathroom was a little dirty.. bedding was clean. when I was younger me and gf coming in for a concert it’s perfect. but now with kids and a family and just having higher standards I’ll search for cleaner better set up hotels
