The location is amazing! Walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants.
The hotel is simple but clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic like a motel style

I love everything about the stay with you all every time I stay. The staff is some the best I've encountered except for 2 individuals. However, the stay is always top-tier.
The pricing is very good however the $50 per night for Incidentals is a bit much. There are specific staff that are very unpleasant, dismissive & and unwelcoming makes me not want to come back because I don't want those two individuals to be of service to our stays.

We loved the location, and the room! The room was very clean and nice. The location was very close to many restaurants, bars and clubs. The room felt homey and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Was in the cities for a concert, stayed up late with the impression I’d get to sleep in, considering check out is at noon.
Wrong. House keeping keeping entered our room at 8:30am to clean it???? WHAT.
An hour later they are knocking AGAIN.
I go down to the front desk and ask why they entered the room and continue to knock.
She asked if we put up a DND thing on the door?
1. We weren’t provided one
2. Never in my life have I had this situation occur

Perfect location, spacious for a studio, friendly staff.
During breakfast the hot dishes tend to run out quickly during any kind of rush, took a bit of time to replenish.

Location was perfect for a Twins game. Room was large and comfortable with nice kitchenette. We were even given a free upgrade for one of our rooms. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.
We booked 3 rooms. 2 were perfect, but one of them smelled strongly of cigarettes. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, she was able to give us another room, which we appreciated. However, she then also put on a saccharin smile and said, "By the way, we checked the room and it did NOT smell of smoke." It truly did, and quite strongly so. Basically, she called us liars. Very unprofessional.

My son and I stayed for two nights while in Minneapolis. The building is within walking distance of the TC arena and there are several restaurant options close by. The room was spacious and welcoming. Everything you could need is there.
It would have been nice to have cheaper parking options.

The room had a smell, carpet was damp when I checked in, the toilet too many flushes to get everything down, slow drain in the tub and bathroom sink.

Complimentary breakfast was good for a hangover. Private parking under the facility that was a plus, it was secure. So we walked and rode the city lime scooters to the near by Comedy club and around to the bars after. It was a great time.
Wish the payment system would have accepted cash and told me that in advance . And a $50 incidental coverage fee That I didn't know about, but you get it back afterwards. The manager on the phone was a little bit rude but the staff was pleasant

Breakfast was yummy, and good choices.
The photo on the web link showed a room that had a wall separating the bed and the living area. That was not the case in our room, and when the hide a bed was pulled out there was little room to walk. The furniture was tired (snags and wear on the couch, the bathroom vanity was a bit beat up, and a drawer would not open.

Service was amazing! Mia at the front desk made us feel special from the minute we walked in.
Guests should be notified at check -in that rooms are not cleaned every day.

The staff and the location were the best things about this hotel. The rooms were really rundown for a Marriott in my opinion and the bed was way too soft for my liking.
Rooms were aged. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Toilet was broken and they had to move me to another room. The next room had a working toilet but really was showing its age.

Nice hotel it good area, walking distance from downtown. I was lucky to get free parking on the street due to weekends.
Even during day time you need to open front door with your room key (my wasn't working for some reason), which is annoying and creates feeling like it's not safe area. Imho.
