Bathrooms are small and only one sink

Breakfast was great.

Room didn’t get made up. Pullout bed was never made up. No coffee pot.

The breakfast was good. Like the scrambled eggs. Bacon sat in grease so I took a bowl and lined with napkins to soak up the grease the bacon was sitting in. Like the waffles. Wish more fresh fruit in the bowl. Coffee good. Eva was amazing--so kind, helpful, and ready to assist anyway she could. She's a keeper!

Room had carpet that was old, looked dirty and fraying. Marriot needs to replace carpet and did not meet the Marriot standard in my opinion. Never had housekeeping even though it was asked for. finally went to front desk to ask for fresh towels. didn't appreciate the front desk response when my sister asked why housekeeping hadn't been to their room. The $5 per night parking fee--REALLY?? Fortunately we stay enough nights to not have to pay the fee. SMH probably won't stay at this location again.

The staff was amazing, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast staff worked hard to make sure everything was replenished quickly Everyone was friendly and kind to our family including our pup. Only one small complaint, the doggie area was all rock.

We found this hotel when the interstate was closed in a snow storm. Any port in a storm was The idea, but this place was great and far beyond what we thought we might have to deal with.

The only thing was that it was a long walk to the room, but it is a larger hotel.

Room was good size, cleaniness, staff was friendly

Parking lot under repairs/patching, was charged $5/night for parking my car and was not stated in booking.

Location

That booking.com did not have my reservation when I arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the manager found a room for me. I tried to contact booking.com but they were not very customer friendly. Nor did Booking. Com contract me. Very disappointed in Booking.com. I’m a disabled traveler and had it not been for manager, I would have had a extremely difficult time finding other accommodations.

You can hear the traffic a bit more than I’d like but would definitely stay again
