Have stayed at Courtyards before. This one is not up to Marriott standards. Needs updating and maintenance. Disappointed in the quality and upkeep of this facility.

The staff, and the clean room
Pool had a lot of stuff from the trees floating around and no pool towels

The lobby was nice.
I asked for a balcony. What I got was a narrow cement strip overlooking a noisy street that had cobwebs, leaves and even old cigarette butts. They need some serious renovation on the halls and rooms. The walls in my bathroom were dirty and the bolt lock on my door was broken. I told the desk and after four days no one did anything about it or even came up to look at it.

No breakfast. TV kept being interrupted by bad reception. Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi.

The sofa bed was horrible. We brought a friend and we were going to share cost if room but I feel so bad about her lack if comfort tgat I will not feel comfortable taking money from her. Room was outrageously expensive considering lack of comfort. Won’t go back

THE FEMALE BARTENDER W/ GLASSES WHO HELPED US AND MADE OUR MARGARITAS WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL
THE AIR CONDITIONER GOT STUCK AT A CERTAIN TEMPATURE AND WHEN I WENT TO TURN DOWN THE TEMP BEAUSE IT WAS GETING WARM IN THE ROOM, IT WOULDN'T TURN OFF OR ON SO WE HADTRO OPEN THE BACK SLIDING DOOR TO LET SOME AIR IN

There was no breakfast!
The bed was not comfortable- felt old and used. There were stains on the carpets in the hallway- seemed very dirty. Last time I stayed was much cleaner. Also elevator dirty.

I am. Marriott gold member and the room was so small you could barely walk around the bed.. not suitable for 2 people. the soda machine was out if order. the I - house starbucks was very nice when open, but very limited hours.

It is over priced. Most everything was fine but for the price we expected better. The carpets were old and needed cleaning. The lobby and meeting area were nice but the upstairs needed updating. The hot tub was closed.
