Service was exceptional and opened on time. Facility was clean and cozy atmosphere.

Food was cold, the term “buffet” left much to be desired the bacon (only option) was greasy. Felt it was way overpriced for the selection of food offered.

Room we stayed in was new as it was recently renovated, location was close to University and many shops and restaurants, customer service was excellent especially Brian at the front desk

Upon getting to hotel was excellent except for front desk personnel. She didn't greeted us, not friendly, didn't answer my questions regarding the location of certain areas of hotel! I felt like I wasn't important enough to be there! Didn't offer to have a good stay! This person seemed to be preoccupied with something else & not her guests! Overall the room was Excellent!

I liked how close it was to some restaurants and shopping center across the street. Was a great location!

The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the tub and toilet and the sink wasn't clean. I cleaned it myself as oppose to waiting
