Upon arrival we was given a breakfast sandwich and coffee. It was like 3am and we were exhausted after travelling all day.

Very friendly staff!! We had one issue when we first got to our room and the staff were very friendly and speedy at rectifying the issue. Very friendly check in. Nice quiet rooms!

Location was good. Size of the room was nice.

Staff seemed over worked, no one was ever at the front desk but I think they were filling multiple roles. Went down for breakfast at 745 it was over at 9 and there was nothing out except 1 bagel. Keys had to be changed out 3 times during our stay because none of them would Work. The windows were leaking and the shower head leaked all over the bathroom floor. No housekeeping the 3 days we were there.

The staff was very welcoming despite being short staffed. The room was clean and the beds were comfy!

The staff was of great help. There was an issue with our room; they were short-staffed. They took care of it quickly, calmly and without any snark. We also had to leave before breakfast was served in the morning and they let us grab some yogurt, fruit, etc early so we could get were we needed to get to on time.

The woman working the front desk was a sweetheart, did all she could to accommodate us.

So dirty. Breakfast was terrible, was not re-supplied with any fresh food. Website says "pet friendly" but when you get there you are told otherwise. This place is nasty
