The staff was beyound amazing. Breakfast was good. Beds super comfy.

I did not like the fact your website says there isn't an extra charge for pets. When there is in fact a charge. $30 per pet per night. I already had to find a different hotel because of this. Tried staying at the fairfeild because your website says they accept pets and they don't. Booked at holiday Inn express. They accept pets at an additional charge. So instead of paying $100 for the weekend I ended up paying $400 for the weekend. Big difference.

great front desk staff, so helpful. the hotel seems a little dated, but my room was perfect and very clean

ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful and adept. Breakfast was fantastic. The lady working breakfast was especially super nice. The room was very comfy.

The shower didn't get very hot. The pool area was full of children playing ball between the hot tub and pool areas and splashing, so rather than yell and ruin the fun of 17 kids, we gave up on pool time. (I don't hold that against the hotel, obviously, but like maybe adult swim time would be cool.)

The pool was much too busy and a bit small. The room was a tad dirty. Housekeeping could have been better. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
