Clean, updated building. Near plenty of restaurants and gas stations. Good breakfast.

The location was great and the property was clean
The customer service team could have been more friendly. I was visiting for a funeral, my husband and I shared with the customer service team that our room hadn’t been cleaned. The first day we reported to the customer service team member our concerns with our room not being cleaned and in return the staff gave us clean towels but didn’t have the room cleaned. Unfortunately the same situation happened the next day. I was very unhappy with the service. For my husband and I driving over 14 hours to support our grieving family and receiving poor cleaning services is unacceptable. No one should pay to stay in a dirty room.

I didn't like taking a shower and not having any shower gel in the dispenser and standing in water because the drain was clogged.

Not much. Know we wouldn't stay there again. Too bad, because we travel that particular corridor frequently. Breakfast was a laugh! I am done.
What was charged for the room did not meet expectations. Light bulbs were burned out. The bathroom light was so dull it was challenging to see. Amenities were very poor. Difficult to motor in and out of the hotel. The hotel front desk person was nowhere to be found in the morning.

The room was very clean, up to date and spacious. A great stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the variety for breakfast also. They did a nice job providing a lot of different breakfast foods. Our room was great.
