Easy to get to and checkin was quick
It was literally highway adjacent. Overnight if the a/c went off the highway was so loud it would wake you up constantly.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. I usually have a cargo trailer with me in my travels, and they have ample safe parking available. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are always very clean, roomy, and comfortable

I hope I'm correct in the name! "Courtney" if that's correct, set this trip on such a positive direction, I can't say enough about her attitude and assistance! I had incorrectly booked the room for the following day. She assured me, it was no problem and immediately made the necessary changes.
In addition, the lady that set up the breakfast bar couldn't have been more friendly-such a wonderful attitude.
As a matter of fact, EVERY personnel we met went out of their way, to smile and greet us!
You have created a wonderful culture!

The clerk Camila. So friendly. I had requested 1st floor to bad knees and don’t take elevators due to being claustrophobic.
She called me early in the morning to clarify exactly what I needed. Since a second room was involved she wanted to get it right she also called a few hours later to ask. More question. I was so grateful. She put the rooms next to each other on the 1st floor. She is such a great employee to your company. This made the stay exceptional.

The location was great. It was just a mile way from my family‘s house and it was clean very clean. The rooms were excellent. Customer service was excellent. I felt safe. And I like the fact you have the option to pay one day at a time I came back to Florida and told everyone about the Comfort inn and it was a place to stay The next time you’re traveling to Georgia

Very dirty room. Stains on sheets. Looked like room was not vacuumed. Random splatters of food/ liquid on furniture and walls.

Disappointed in the breakfast. They were out of waffle batter, so we didn't get waffles. Eggs were watery. The facility was very clean and neat. I also liked how the lobby was decorated.
Also, we looked forward to using the pool when we arrived. A large group of male guests were partying and drinking in the pool area so we skipped it. We stayed at the Country Inn next door just the week before and much enjoyed their pool area.

Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fine.
Checked in late and had to wait at the desk 15 minutes for attendant. Room was freezing, 55 degrees when we got in. Breakfast was just ok, but there was plenty of staff helping and restocking. Some wear and tear in room but everything was clean.
