Flooring in lobby

Poor maintenance and quite shabby and cheap fixtures in room, bathroom and overall. Very dirty carpet, obnoxious smell in gangways.

It was very dirty. Tub was disgusting. The pool was cold. The whirlpool was disgustingly dirty

There was an abundance of natts. Unfortunately my room was horrible There were bugs everywhere in my room I stayed in room 262 And the floors were extremely dusty And it smelled like paint fresh paint.

It's a great location but the hotel is in the middle of being renovated which it needs. Other than that it was fine and the staff helpful and kind

The renovations

Extensive remodeling in the hallways; needed to step past a painter, dirty hallway floors and carpet. No carpet in room, wood bed frame exposed to view. Room full of junk with no door.

The location

The property is a fire risk with no working alarm in the room or the communal areas ! It’s a building site with noise and banging going on all day . Trip hazards everywhere from furniture being stored or moved Rooms and microwaves and furniture not clean.

The outside style of the building looks deceptively elegant, due to its former 90s glory days.

The inside is a dump. Unchanged sheets, rooms dirty, curtains are too small for the windows, poor lighting cannot be reached from the bed. Construction throughout all buildings, and many workers always just sitting there staring--watching people come and go. A couple was given my same room and let themselves in. They were embarrassed. Room numbers written on masking tape. I couldn't stay the second night. Mouse droppings in drawers. I already insisted on a refund, and there was no internet to do it on the spot when I left. Never was any WIFI. My calls are not returned. I want a full refund.

Nothing. Uninhabitable

Unorganized nightmare. Entirely dirty due to work to repair. Poor staffing and poor conditions in every aspect. Is absolutely not in any condition to host guests.

The bed was comfy, I think the mattress was new. They look like they were doing remodel, but they have let the outside appearance go. Lawn, plants

I didn't like the first room, it was already occupied, the microwave, frig were dirty. The windows were dirty, not a riverview. The lawn and shrubs need attention. Never recd final receipt when checking out I don't think I'd stay again or refer this place Hallways carpet dirty, door closed to room didn't work.

Didn't eat there. And the location is great just not the hotel.

Everything was filthy, had to clean my own room and had a guy come clean the floor again and even after it was still disgusting. Didn't like the mattresses piled outside our window and didn't like finding a needle cap and hair and garbage on the floor In my room. The furniture was ghetto and the beds were not both queens. The picture below is of wipes that cleaned my babies feet for the hundredth time.

Under construction no internet service and the rooms were filthy! Won’t be going back there again

Reserved a 2 room suite, for 4 guests. Was put into a king single. When asked staff said the suites were not available anymore offered to put me into 2 queen room with an upcharge.

Place is under renovation with no exit signs, dark hallways, missing carpet. Very few lights on in the pool room. Burned out? Boxes and stacks of new items everywhere.

There really wasn't much of anything To like.

When we first arrived, the hallway and then our room wreaked of cleaning supplies. We had to ask or another room. The room floor was dirty. We had only one set of towels; no bathroom door - which was disgusting.

The staff was very nice and the location cannot be beat. They allow pets.

The entire hotel is under renovation from the lobby to the rooms to the pool. Know where was this mentioned, it was not a pleasant surprise.

Paint Overspray all over. The Fridge in the room Didn’t turn on. The Room Lightswitch Was Broken. Seemed A little Unfinished

There was good hot water and good water pressure for the shower but the shower itself was not clean.

Nothing went that well. The place was not clean. They would not give more towels. There were only two and no hand towels. No fridge or microwave. No receipt at check out.

Location

Hotel is under construction, literally, a mess everywhere and a hazard. Also had no hot water. We were given a room that had no door and the entire floor under construction.

The lobby was nice and the check in staff was nice

The whole place is in chaos due to a renovation they haven’t finished, and they shouldn’t be open!.The one lock on the room door doesn’t work, neither does the tv, toilet not bolted down, dirty everywhere, short staffed and inefficient.

had to change rooms because the ac cord and outlet was burned and the window was broke

The room was ok, air conditioning was nice. The breakfast in the morning was decent, was not expecting much. Good for a last minute booking that actually allowed us to check-in.

Room did not seem like it wast properly cleaned. There was hair left behind from other guests still in the shower, and some sort of hair dye?? The drains on both the sink and tub were terrible, not draining at all and leaving disgusting residue behind once they finally drained. The water was gross and murky in the sink. We also barely had any towels, not like any of us even wanted to attempt to shower in the disgustingness. The hotel overall just felt not cared for and not thoroughly cleaned, even though as soon as you walk through the front doors it reeks of cleaning products.
