Horrible experience!! Don’t stay here!!

There was construction in the front entrance so it was closed! There was a sign out saying use another entrance but we couldn’t find it when we arrived at midnight!!- and we weren’t the only ones. There was NO PARKING! Slamming doors in the hallway started at 5am. Such an AWFUL stay!!!!

Near restaurants and shopping

Nice newly renovated rooms. Good hot breakfast. Lots of parking.

Laundry was not available yet due to renovations. Check-in staff were not very friendly. Wasn’t listening to what we were saying. Kept interrupting. Pool very cold, jacuzzi was not hot just like a tepid bath.

A quiet, clean comfortable room allowed for a restful night.

While the front lobby was being done, and construction was going on our room was nice a quiet and clean.

Due to the lobby being fixed you had to enter through an unsecured side door. Anyone could have come in.

soon as I finish renovations, I would stay there again

We have always stayed at Holiday Inn express, no matter where we go, but at this time they were doing some renovations and nothing was said about that and with my wife’s breathing situation that just wasn’t acceptable

The room was big and beautiful, everything was new. The bathrooms had new dove products (I didn't know I LOVE), and the breakfast the next morning was so good! Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy!

Soon after we arrived in the room, a maintenance personnel walked right in! (He knocked first, but still!) Then proceeded to tell us he wouldn't just come back later because he wouldn't be there later. We were lucky we hadn't been naked in the big tub at that point! Furious and down right violated is how I feel about that.

Donna and Jeanne (staff in breakfast area) were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. They never let the food get low and it was all hot.

Good all around hotel - nice facilities, what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Would have been an excellent experience, except there was a stain on our comforter/sheets when we arrived that appeared to be blood or something else unpleasant…Staff was nice and helped us get clean sheets, however, that was not a good start to the stay.

We traveled to visit our son & watch his Commencement. We’ll book again!

Easy to locate, clean modern decor, with nice linens. Comfortable sitting area in room with desk for workspace. Polite & helpful front desk staff.

I like the cleanliness of the room. I love that the pool is 24hr

The key system went down on our second room and made things rough for the second room we rented for a friend. They weren't able to get the system back online to get them room keys so they had to keep the door open when they weren't in the room.

Wish it had a view of the Falls. But it was a great stay.

Another great Holiday Inn Express. Room was very clean.

We had never been to Idaho Falls and after exploring a bit wish we had stayed near the river! Maybe you can move the hotel down by the falls?

Happy, Comfortable room with best complimentary breakfast we ever had!

Great welcoming staff Most fabulous breakfast Great referral to Dixie’s Diner for dinner that was in easy walking distance after a long 7 hour drive.
