dirty, room had someone’s/previous guests fake eye lashes in the carpet and on the chair. my son got one stuck on his leg.

the room had a wet musty smell , carpets where soiled . room smelled bad when a/c was turned on . beds where uncomfortable

They are charging for breakfast so we didn’t eat there. It was unexpected that they were charging.

Lighting was poor.

Every staff member we came in contact with was so professional and kind. Our check-in experience was quick and easy, and breakfast was fantastic. Our room was spotless, like the rest of the property. Will stay here again for future trips.
