Nothing. The staff at this property was rude and very unprofessional.

The room wasn’t ready for check-in at 3:00 pm. The staff was rude and unprofessional. A male employee sitting in his car yelled at me across the parking lot to tell me there wasn’t a room ready and proceeded to be rude when I informed them I had somewhere to be. Also, stated he didn’t want me staying there.

It was comfortable stay and cooperative staff at the front desk. Room was kept clean and facilities provided at the location was good. Breakfast was okay except the quality of few items was not fresh otherwise seems okay for short stays.

Personally I felt based on their standards it was a low on the value for money, otherwise we felt okay. Keep up the quality of breakfast and the items.

This place is a dump..stay away from here..smells like roach spray..smashed roaches on the walls..not cleaned at all..found and empty alcohol bottle in the room..this place is nasty

The location was great for the reason of our visit. The area is not amazing but I did feel safe where we were. It's also close to the local Walmart and some restaurants. The price was good for the area.

The desk clerk was very rude right from the get go. We got to the hotel approximately 25ish minutes before the official check in time and was told that we need to come back in about 2 hours because none of the rooms where ready. Not a major issue but she was just terribly snarky. Once we were able to check in we was given room 404. Second floor in the back facing the highway. The room was disgusting! The bed was made but the room had not been cleaned at all. There was hair and dirt all in the bathtub. Cobwebs everywhere! The sink and counters were all dirty. We were told there was no other rooms and basically was stuck with what we had. I literally had to clean that room myself! The neighbors on that floor were extremely loud and partied the whole weekend. We were there for a event so we honestly needed sleep and we did not get any at all. The room has two very small full size beds. Not two queen size like you would probably expect. I would really recommend paying just a little more and staying at one of the other hotels within this strip.

The room was relatively clean. Morning staff was friendly.

Non-smoking was not true. The room smelled awful, there were cigarette burns in the bedding, and our clothes smelled 2 days later and we never even opened our luggage except to change clothes. Very noisy. Coffee and bread had run out with 30 minutes left of breakfast service. There was nothing "quality" about this stay.
