Rooms clean

Neighbors slamming doors and breaking dishes. Staff was not rude but not as friendly. Check out she was eating cereal at front desk. Very unprofessional in my opinion.when we got there we were told there was a $50.00 deposit on top the cost of our room. I have never had that happen at a motel 6. Hopefully it does go back on our card.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very close to many dining options.

There was no internet as advertised, nor was there any coffee maker. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.

No carpet.tv controller inop.

We were very satisfied with the bed, especially the pillows. Happy they had coffee in the lobby. There would have been nicer to have it in the room.

Our primary complaint was our room was on the side of the hotel right up against the freeway. So it was quite noisy with the traffic going by. Unfortunately, even a sound wall would not have helped that.

The king suite was clean ..very roomy and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The location was excellent and had truck parking which is the most important priority when I'm in the semi truck with my husband.

There were no low points with this stay. Everything was up to par coupled with great customer service

Room was...we;;...a motel 6. Bed was lumpy. It was fertilizer season so there are a ton of flies. Room needs to be updated and cleaned better

I didn't like anything, especially when you find cockroaches in your room

There was a small cockroach in the bathroom and another in the air conditioning unit. The door also didn’t seal all the way so bugs could get into the room from the door.

Good value

Floors could use a daily mopping. Stayed on the side facing expressway. Would keep a lot of people up but i slept well. Ask for same side as the office.

I killed three cockroaches just in one night.

Got in the room quick.

Wasn't asked how I wanted to pay. The assistance literally just billed the card I used on file.

The shower knob did not work. And AC took a long time to cool the room.
