The location, and facilities were very clean. All the staff with exception of the cleaning were super friendly

Upon check in at 1:30 am their system was down so we had to wait to get a room key. Then in the middle of a heat wave the room ac was not working. We were informed that because it is off when guests go in, it can take up to 15 minutes to turn on. A heads up about this upon check in or a notice on the thermostat would have been nice. Check out was at noon. At 1030 am cleaning staff banged on the door and tried to come in when we were still sleeping. The manager on duty was super nice about the situation and promised to rectify it

It is always very orderly and neat and their morning breakfast was good.

The room was a little small, and it did not have adequate space for us to put our night bags since there are no chest of drawers or countertops.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was also good. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were accommodating to us for a last minute reservation. The snack bar was well stocked and hot drinks on a cold night were available immediately. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

Convenience to family on our pass through Amarillo

Our room on this stay appeared to have been cleaned somewhat but there was still trash in one of the bins, dirt on the floor that hadn’t been swept & cleaning cloth on the floor in the bathroom !! We would’ve changed rooms but the guy working the desk said they were sold out, so we stayed in the room we originally booked !
