All was good no changes

Under construction and just in bad shape. Bathrooms were not that clean and had mold in the shower

Breakfast was very good. I appreciated turkey sausage and veggie omelette.

The renovations made it smell like paint and new carpet.

The let out bed sheets were dirty.

The property was clean and modern. The indoor pool and spa were great.

the timer for the spa did not work and it did not create bubbles. It was warm.

This is Leons wife writing this review. we had an amazing stay. we were in town to see our eldest son graduate from the Bryant police academy. The ceremony was held at the Conway convention center. We had our pick of what hotel to stay in because there were so many in that location. The hotel we chose was phenomenal. The room was so comfortable and spacious. It accommodated our family beautifully. The breakfast was exceptional. I work at a hotel in our hometown and am the breakfast attendant. My husband is the maintenance man, so to know what the jobs entail and still see the exceptional work from the staff. My son was in a wheelchair following a surgery and everything accommodated him well. The front desk was amazing. Any time we left and returned to the hotel we were met with smiling friendly faces. There were a few times we needed towels and a few other items and they were more than happy to help us. The professionalism and great attitudes of the staff and amazing room, breakfast, and pool will definitely ensure that we will stay at this hotel again.

This is Leons wife writing this review. There was only one instance, and I don't blame the hotel. Me, my husband, and my daughter were in the pool, and we had only been there a short time when a ton of people came in. They started throwing a football and we were hoping that at some point they would be done "playing. But we were not so fortunate. All three of us were struck with the football at different times. Their session actually took the entire pool, and we were huddled in a corner trying not to be hit. we wound up leaving not long after we had entered because my husband was getting very angry, and I did not want to see something happen with him losing his temper. But again, I do not blame the hotel. It was the stupidity of the people that were down there drinking and acting a fool.

Though requesting room to be cleaned every day, during a four night stay, it was cleaned only one day. After several requests, finally had to settle with getting a couple of towels delivered one day . When we go to hotels, making beds emptying trash, and supplying clean towels, is the very least to expect. Nearly no internet, and no luggage rack. Service left much to be desired . Front desk said they'd notify housekeeping to clean room.....nothing happened.
