I liked that it was about 5 miles from Conway station for my son's baseball tournament and was cheaper than anything else I could find at almost 300 for two nights. Did like that the fridge wasn't mini it was like a medium little fridge.

I didn't like that the fridge was leaking under it and one of the night guys basically was like is that a problem for u and I said my foods still cold so if you don't care I don't care. Just letting you know. Then the next day before we head out for competition I find and kill a medium roach crawling in the bathroom floor. Later that night I find and kill a baby one in the bathroom. When I brought it to someone's attention at 11 at night. There were no rooms to move to and was told they would tell someone in the am about it and took pictures of the critters. The ice machines are wonky. Doesn't dispense much ice. The breakfast in the am is crappy. Two types of cereal, milk, packet oatmeal, coffee and a pancake maker. I needed to stay another night into Monday and was told I couldn't get a free night just a room change then was told they could take some money off so I ended up paying another 58 dollars for another night. Will never come back to this rinky dinky hotel again. Also was told the pool was heated at check in and it was infact not. It was almost ice cold. the floor was splotchy looked unkept. My daughter had bleached hair and went swimming and whatever is in the water turned her hair green. They couldn't tell us what was in the pool other than "a little bit of chlorine for health and safety reasons". We live an an apartment with a chlorine pool and it has never turned her hair a different color.

They listen when I asked for a handicap room or at least a shower chair , they staff on both shifts was amazing..

The water in the shower wasn’t getting hot and it was extremely slippery in the bathtub

All the workers were all so nice most of the time at different hotels they have snobby people working but not at this motel every time I go they are always willing to help and are very nice

Nothing to complain about

Location

We stayed 2 nights. No staff came with clean towels or to empty trash. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. We stay at Super 8 frequently.

it smelled like Weed. the bed was bad. and after sitting on the bed we started to itch. they don’t have a breakfast what they call a breakfast is a granola bar.

I like the location

I didn't like them doing laundry across the hall from my room all night. It kept me awake most of the night.

Staff

There was no breakfast other than a pack of oatmeal. Was very unsatisfied.
