Did not have breakfast. Location was perfect for my travel needs.

My room smelled like a gym locker room, I didn’t have any hot water the first time I tried to shower, the room was awkward in layout and had a tight corner to navigate with luggage after entering. The per night cost was ridiculously elevated for a hotel carrying the Hilton name and meeting my quality standards in being an honors member. I don’t pay this kind of rate at higher quality properties near major resort areas.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fairly decent. The location was good as there were numerous shops and restaurants in the area .

Rooms need updating. The furniture was very worn and even parts were broken. The beds were extremely hard and not comfortable at all.

It was convenient to our location and the breakfast was good.

The beds were a little smaller than expected and not very comfortable. Our two teenage sons shared a bed and it was a bit cramped for them.

The hotel is in a great location and was convenient for access to JMU where we were visiting. of the free breakfast in the morning and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was friendly. We were here before, so no big changes. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location has lots of places to eat and shop. Wish we were able to stay longer, were in town for a funeral, but love this area. Great that it is pet friendly.

Not much room to maneuver in room with the luggage carrier. Room felt tight especially for 4 people. Rooms are non smoking but people are allowed to smoke next to building doors. Need better breakfast choices, food offered was good but not much to choose from. We realize it could be due to shortages on products so realize it could be due to that. All the employees were friendly and helpful but it was disappointing we couldn't get a better room due to adult with walking issues. Closer to elevator would have been nice. I know it's not the hotels problem but people not cleaning up after their dog when there is clearly a nice area and poop bags if you don't have one is great. Area needs a clean up every so often, again realize it's not hotels fault.

I had booked my stay with Booking.com two months in advance! I booked 2 rooms-one for me and one for my brother and his wife-each for 2- nights stay. Wanted to split the cost of the bill, which I thought wouldn't be a problem. Still hoping the issue is resolved!

Location was great, friendly staff. Comfortable and clean.

Hot water and water pressure had to be repaired the first day. Not happy that the answer was to go use a gym facility shower down the road. Should have received full refund but was given 30% off one days stay.

Bed was comfortable. The room was big and clean. The employee at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming - even though I arrived at 11:00 PM!

Our room had a strong urine smell, we did alert management when we left.

Meets expectations

The room was tired looking. Peeling wall paper, carpet squares not installed properly, gaps in between. Sofa looked shabby. Well worn. At I would not sit on it.
