the staff was very rude and unprofessional zero knowledge of customer service . the room that I got was use with the bed not made the sheet covers in body hair. I went to the front desk to report it, and the clerk didn’t apologize all she said it’s the maids fault because it’s showing clean in the system. I got another room that was not very clean dust all over both floor and walls. after the experience with the first room I just wasn’t comfortable in any other rooms when I asked for a refund I was told that she couldn’t do it and the manager is not on property. I feel like I was held hostage! I was concerned that if I leave my card would not be refunded so I made the decision to stay but was very disappointed. with this experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here! anyone can make a mistake but it’s what you do after that makes it better or worse and the staff did absolutely nothing to but my mind at ease and that’s what offends me the most!!!!

I like the bed it was Soo comfortable. Definitely enjoyed that the most. the night lights were amazing as well.

The restroom was a little small. The hot water was horrible, I mean I felt as if I didn't have none at all the room was 219.

The pricing was fair .

. The banging on the door at 8/9 from house keeping to check to see if we were still there was awful!!!! Check out wasn't until 11 😭 that ruined our morning. The hot tub and pool can DEFINITELY use some cleaning

The location was wonderful. 10 minutes to Busch Gardens. Right beside a gas station/convince store and 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping.

The photos on booking.com were VERY deceiving. This hotel was older. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off with what looked to be black mould showing through. The lights by the bed didn't work. There was pieces of the carpet matted or cut out. The hallway doors were tied open with trash bags. The ice machine didn't work at all on the floor we stayed at.

check in staff was horrible. she sat with her coat on and I had to ask her to check us in. our room door was hanging open and the room was worn and not cleaned very well. there was a rather rough looking young man at the desk who was trying to get his things from his girlfriend in the room🤷‍♀️ He was talking about having a sherif order. This hotel has deteriorated greatly since our last stay

Cranberry juice was good

Boil eggs were cold and muffins were stale

Location was great, staff very helpful

No refrigerator, no hot water, carpets need to be cleaned. No hot breakfast eg: eggs,bacon etc. Even a waffle machine would've been a nice touch.

Everything staff was horrible rooms were super dirty drug dealers working in the back of the hotel people coming and going in the woods around hotel
