Later I went to the front desk, and they advised that the computer would let me know when I checked out, if I owed anything. In addition there was a sign that stated buffet was fifteen dollars, or you could order off the menu. Like most places, I thought the buffet would include both hot, and cold items. Unfortunately the only things in the buffet, were all cold items( cereal, muffins, yogurt, and one bowl of fruit ). In my opinion this isn't very good public relations.

need two comfortable chairs in the room. Very small room for the price. scheduling air condition maintenance on a holiday was not good. The pillows you use are wonderfull!…A plus The breakfast was very confusing…. It should be included free… like most pricey hotels. It also needs to have roped stantions to not let you in . People would just assume they just go in like a regular buffet instead of being seated first and having to order. Your hostess was plain obnoxious!! Having to explain to everyone how it all worked. She even bad mouthed the way things were done.Its a buffet ….but this is what you have to eat. On the buffet There were no pastries. The muffins were wet feeling and not sweet or good .Only apple jelly in every compartment.A toaster that needs replacing badly. Took more than 10 min to toast anything. My husband ordered pancakes and he got whole wheat ones!!! not good for $12.00. McDonalds does a better job on breakfast… maybe they could cater for you!

It is next to the lake beach, location is perfect, walking distance to the main square. The room is clean and comfortable. The view of the lake and the walking path is really nice. Breakfast menu is great and food is great!

The coffee machine was not clean and my booking was supposed to have breakfast included but they charged me for it, I just noticed when I got home because I had to check-out in a rush.

Thin walls and noticed trash was not emptied by elevators the whole stay and empty water bottle sat on the floor in the back area by the lake our whole stay

Hotel rooms don't generally have overhead lights or bath tubs any more. We miss them. I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the lobby. Lots of out of the way spaces for a small meeting or to read a book.

We had an event next door at the conference center. It would be nice if you had a special rate for that venue.

This is an exceptional property on the banks the lake in Grapevine. Exceptional room, great staff, great breakfast...

Someone or a previous guest had set alarm clock for approximately 5 Am!!! I was not able to go back to the sleep on our first morning there on NewYears Day, after being up til 2 AM New Eve! SHOULD BE some way someone, guest services or housekeeping trained to make sure alarm clocks aren’t set for the incoming guests 😵‍💫🥱

booked a room overlooking lake when arrived they had overbooked and extended another customer canceling out our room which was paid for over two weeks ago they offered a first floor room overlooking the parking lot next door to a room full of screaming kids

The hotel is getting old and it has not been updated for a while, oh maybe the carpet. But, the bathroom is in need of a real update. The shower has mold and cracks along the door. First floor needs an icemaker and not have to use the bar for ice. I was charged a $25 per day fee for misc. charges, three days totaling $75.00 of which is did not use and I have not been given credit on my card as of the date of this text (12/3/22). Very dissapointed in this prepayemnt policy.

The breakfast was very good. You had a choice of buffet (which was part of our hotel package) or you could have items cooked special for you. The buffet was clean and good choices, I made my own waffle and the hot foods are plated and brought to you. We had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes and all were good.
