The property staff were great, kind friendly nice folk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good heat and air conditioning.

It was not the cleanest. There was a towel with lipstick on it, grossed me out. I didn’t like the amount of towels, usually there are more than 1 pair of bath towels at hotels I’ve stayed with a whirlpool tub.

Check in was simple enough. Breakfast was timely and hot.

Front desk wasn’t helpful when I needed a couple of copies. Rm 308 the toilet was unacceptably filthy, cobwebs above the bed on the wall, the bed was lumpy and the light above the toilet didn’t work.

The price was good, the breakfast was actually good. The location was perfect. The staff were really nice. There is a Dutch bros. and a starbucks near by and of course a lot of fast food restaurants. There is also a CVS like 2 blocks away.

When I got there the pool was being renovated, which was the reason why I choose the Hotel. The first room they gave us smelled like urine, the toilet handle was gone, and the phone didn't work.

Nothing stood out.

We paid extra to have the jaccuzi suite and super disappointing only one light in the room worked the bed was extremely uncomfortable shower head was disgusting and barely sprayed out water jaccuzi worked so so a/c unit kept shutting off and restarting it was so disappointing especially for what we were charged

The receptionist was very professional and polite. Breakfast was good, aside from over ripe bananas. The room appeared clean, layout was a bit dysfunctional.

The shower head in the bathroom needs replacing. When the water is in shower mode, it still continues to spray out of the faucet on the back of my legs and feet. (Rm 103) The coffee pot was a single serving keurig. Ice machine was broken.

Young man who checked us in was exceptional and professional We rode in on motorcycles after a long day and he was very accommodating

The fitted sheets kept coming off the top corners of the bed. Everything else is excellent.

we loved everything about our room . the breakfast was great. bed was very comfortable. we will be staying there on our next trip to Merced.

Chose the hotel for the pool. The pool was green. Toilet handle busted. Shower head busted. Kuerig machine not functional. Everything else was good.

The location was OK

My first room the TV didn't function correctly, changed rooms the following morning, and that room had a very unstable (to the point of being a safety hazard) office chair, very loose and unstable on its base. I was not informed regarding the daily requirement to request to have your room serviced, which led to an interesting conversation to the person at the front desk, regarding the waste bins in my room. Considering I paid 187 USD per night, their service delivery was abyssmal, the room equipment, fittings and facilities jaded. I have paid lesser amounts for quite frankly excellent service delivery and rooms that were not broken and jaded.

check in was @3 pm and they said room would be ready an hour late then I return @4 and the room wasn’t ready yet still to wait another hour , after waiting more than 2 hours the room was finally ready

toilet didn’t work water kept running in the toilet. I had to jiggle it to make it work. Staff did not go what to do. They told me they could switch me to a new room but on the second and third floor. I needed to be on the first floor. the breakfast was kind of second right. And the TV did not always work.

the receptionist who was running the front desk was extremely rude. flat out told me she won’t except cash. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times while visiting my in laws. Never again after dealing with this rude receptionist. I asked for her name, so I could contact corporate and she refused. really disappointed since this was our go to hotel while in town.

The location

No wash clothes were available, they were on order. hallway carpets need cleaning. The location of the first aid kit was unknown and had to be looked for while my son was bleeding. The breakfast standard has definitely lowered. The lemonade was basically water. There were 2 apples and a couple of fruit cups available for the light “healthy” options. There wasn’t additional bedding in the room (as has been in the past) for the King Studio where there’s a sofa bed. Kids were tired when we arrived but had to wait for the bedding for the sofa bed to be used.
