The front desk made check in very easy

Couldn't get ice machine to work. Instructions didn't make sense. There was no button to push for ice to come out

Power was out in room I was told because I charging cell phone It was my fault. No coffee in room. This buisness is a scam pool not open . But you are making money you are so wrong on how you treat poeple of this world so glad you are happy go to the bsnk

I enjoyed the room and the coziness of privacy, I also enjoyed the fact that maintenence staff was very friendly and very helpful with my inquiries! This place will have a place in my heart as I worked up to watching my morning cartoons!! Not to mention fast food restaurants were just a walk down the street very convenient!!

The 1st thing that comes to mind is the swimming pool not working, I had plans to have a swimming party with my partner and family. But no pool, also management was hard to get in touch with, as i arrived for check in no one was at the office luckly the maintenance workers dropped what they had to do to call management for check in. Also , ice machines and vending machines need to be upgraded and at working conditions, also the locations laundry mat needs to be upgraded to have CSC PAY MOBILE option for washing clothes!!

About midnight on the 28th the guest next door tried to enter through the adjoining room giving my wife and daughter a really bad scare. They did no get any sleep that night because the door didn’t lock and the staff at the hotel wouldn’t lock it. I would like a refund back for money spent. I filed a complaint with Merced police and Wyndham corp but they said they could refund my money due to the fact I used booking.com to pay.

The fact that the maid lied and said I took the sheet after she did not clean my room for 6 days when the staff at the front desk told me to go into the laundry room and watch the sheets that's exactly what I did prior to that I put my sheets outside the door as they requested me to and the lady threw him back in my room saying that they don't wash her sheets so I went the night that night and put them in the washing machine no she was missing man sir no sheets were missing nothing was wrong with that room other than the fact that it was infested with fleas and I got bit all up and they took my $200 deposit I want to go to court for this

This was an older, but nicely re-modeled motel.

My biggest complaint is that the Ice Machine was broken and had been that way for a LONG time, either Fix it or get rid of it. Also, they need to empty the trash cans in the parking area more frequently, trash was overflowing from the containers.
