The gentleman at reception was very helpful and cheerful. He went out of his way to be helpful.

When I updated my card I received an email that they cancelled my booking. When trying to contact them to confirm they didn't respond. Left me worrying for days. I called, emailed and messaged. Totally stressed for days. When I arrived I booked a superior king room. Was told that was what I had. Room wasn't great. Shower head was hanging off loose cables under bedside cabinet, paint coming off ceiling, skirting boards missing. I could go on. When I went to dry my hair I noticed no hair dryer which I was meant to have. When checking out I mentioned the lack of hair dryer and was told I wasn't in a superior king and they are the only rooms that get one.. The girl basically lied to me when I asked. When I said to the guy he said I will leave a note. What good is that I over payed for a room I never got and even if I would be back in the area I would avoid this hotel.

The staff was super nice and helpful

the hotel was very low budget, i think the bed has bed bugs I was itching the whole time and my allergies were flaring up in that room, the tub looked disgusting like it hadn’t been updating in years, The AC was super annoyingly loud and it was just ghetto and I just did not feel safe over there it was way to much happening activity over there

La atención de la recepción fue muy atenta y amable en todo momento 😉

Cuando llego la persona de limpieza toco el cuarto para hacer la limpieza de la habitación y se le dijo que estaba ocupado el cuarto, que regresara más tarde, aun así volvió a insistir y le dijimos de nuevo que no podía entrar que no estábamos en la mejor condición para eso, a parte que era nuestra privacidad, a pesar se eso la persona de limpieza abrió nuestro cuarto sin importarle que estábamos ahí, fue muy incómodo, presente mi queja ante la persona encargada de la recepción. Eso no es correcto, debe respetar nuestra privacidad y lo que se le está pidiendo y comunicando. Agradecería no hicieran públicos mi comentario, preferiría mantener mi nombre en el anonimato . Gracias

The location was perfect for what I needed the room for. And being right behind Louies worked out great.

The towels are shedding. The floor is slick, me and my wife almost fell. The shower floor isn't designed to keep water from the rest of the bathroom. And the room door doesn't lock well.
