Doors didn’t all lock.. not so safe

Location perfect staff wonderful.

Room was not as clean as it should have been the sheets on one of the beds were torn and had hair from someone else on the bed. There was hair in the bathtub one of the dressers had a big chunk of wood missing on the side and the carpet had several dark stains near the beds.

Good room size and decent breakfast with plenty of replenished goods most of the days (Sunday was a bit off). Staff was constantly cleaning the hallways as people walked in and out of pool and beach

there was water dripping on the balcony and the bathroom could benefit from having a simple clothes line (I didnt want to hang stuff out on the balcony)

We expected like pancakes, bacon, but it was good. Lines were long for the waffles.

The elavator took too long.

I thought the DIY waffle center was absolutely amazing! For some reason we got upgraded to a larger balcony suite on the seventh floor which was unexpected and amazing! Only complaint I had was parking spot on second floor of garage, parking spot was full of stagnant water due to the condensation line of air conditioning equipment being drained directly on the floor of garage. Also as a smoker I did not like there was no smoking on the balcony. Other than those two things the experience was amazing and we will return next year.

Everything was great. We stayed Friday night and left Monday morning. From staff to housekeeping was exceptional!

The room was not clean The carpet was dirty We had to clean the room our self

Location, it is right on the beach, with many restaurants and stores all around it. Can't beat being able to just walk a few steps to get in the beach. Also, breakfast was included. Check in and check out were very quick and easy.

Well, the rooms are not well taken care off. The mattress on our sofa bed was super thin and old, the shower poll fell on us and my husband had to put it back, we reported it but no one came. I asked for extra sheets for our sofa bed, never received them.

The cleanliness of the hotel. The ratio quality price is too bad. Expensive hotel, did not deserve 3 stars hotel.

Staff was always ready to help and friendly, breakfast was a hit, we liked parking on same floor as room to ease loading/unloading.

AC didn't cool the room, elevator was so slow that we used the stairs every time, pool had a pool light floating in the pool while kids swam, sand in the bed upon arrival, sliding door didn't lock, bathroom door wouldn't close/open without waking everyone up.

A/C was very loud. Breakfast room wasn’t large enough for the number of people at the hotel.

Cleanliness of pool and pool area. Parking deck could not accommodate large vehicles or automobile luggage carriers. Room floors need carpets cleaned better.

The room was not clean when arrived. Drawers were dirty inside. There were roaches in the room. Hot water takes too long in the shower. Floor Carpets were dirty. Fan was dusty, sofa bed very uncomfortable. Elevators were out of service most of the time.

Perfect hotel location close to the fishing pier, nice rooms with ocean view, well breakfast, parking lot for each floor, ok for families

I like the location

I didn't like the forn desk service 😕. They act as if we stayed there for free. We didn't get any room service. For towels and soap, I have to ask the front desk for it. I will not be staying at this hotel for next time. Please don't send me any kind of promotion from this hotel. Thank you.
