Breakfast was amazing spread, staff was super friendly.

The only small inconvenience was the battery in my door went out but they fixed it super fast.

The location was close to the baseball fields my son had a tournament at, we loved the park across the street as well!

We were woken up in the middle of our sleep due to a fire alarm. We had to evacuate from the 5th floor with two little boys who were scared and confused. We sat outside for about 20 mins just to find it was a false alarm and due to so many using the elevator had to go back up the 5 flights of stairs to return to sleep.

It was a nice hotel from the outside, checkin was easy, cookies for guests which was nice, room was clean

Phone didn’t work, so couldn’t call down for room service. Remote didn’t work for tv, so could select a channel we wanted to watch. Room had only decaf coffee for the coffee pot- couldn’t call down to front for better coffee. Phone preset #1 dialed 911 when I tried to call front desk - I said I called the wrong number but the hotel desk called back and was rude and then sent someone up and they were rude. I said, your phone present that is unlabeled called 911- why is 911 the first preset and unlabeled? Makes no sense. Breakfast is free, but it’s absolutely garbage. It’s like school food. Terrible. In the crappy part of largo, not a nice area.

Room needed some sprucing up and repairs. Bathroom door did not close completely and had a makeshift door handle which actually would not lock. A guest should NEVER be put in a room such as this.

I have stayed here several times and the location is close to Indian Rocks Beach and its pretty close to everything. I didn't have the breakfast this visit. I love the coffee availability throughout the day.

The room could have been cleaner. It seems like the vacuuming wasn't thorough and I saw some hairs in the bathroom when I first arrived that weren't mine. I also noticed that the abandoned office complex next door showed evidence of squatters. There was a lot of garbage and unsightly debris on the adjacent property which made me feel uncomfortable when entering the hotel at night.

location is kind of in the middle of every direction which is convenient. Dennis from front desk is an amazing person and helped us through with our issues ! He saved the vacation

our first room was smelly and our neighbors were very loud , rooms literally have no soundproof whatsoever , second room was great

Staff, breakfast

Black mold under edge of sink and smell in sink. Water in pipe had been sitting somewhere in something putrid. Blanket in duvet was much too heavy, heat wise and weight.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. You are about 15 min from the beach. You are about 4 min from a Walmart if you need to pickup a few things.

The bathroom ceiling above the shower had significant water damage and appeared paper thin. It actually had 2 holes in and they just slapped some drywall mud, tape, and painted. The ceiling over the shower needs immediate replacement. Secondly, the location is about a block from a hospital and the ambulances turn their sirens on as the approach the traffic light on the corner...ambulances all day and during the night.

The choice of hot food could be more abundant
