WiFi didn’t work after 1 night

Staff was friendly

Room and hallways smelt like dog, carpet in hallway were stained badly. There were multiple dogs presence, and situation were the owners had to get in between the dogs.

The smell. The cost. The lights were barely bright. The water barely flowed. The room was dirty when we arrived. We left for 30 minutes so the one housekeeper could work and there was still toe mail clippings and popcorn on the floor and trash all over. The bedding smelled like BO.

the location was ok

my room was filthy trash under the bed from the last guest! we were a family of 6 and was only given a service set of 2 for dishes! I had placed a trash bag outside my door as I would at any other hotel and the housekeepers put the trash back in my room instead of throwing in there trash cart they were wheeling by them so not only did they not throw my trash away but they came in my room with no permission. breakfast was suppose to be included and they only have muffins and coffee no cereal juices milk anything! very disappointed in this hotel I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AND I WILL NEVER RECCOMAND IT I PAID 254$ a night as well rip off completely

Very clean, very elegant and chic. I love the white and teal and Amber brown furniture. The bathroom was very clean and very beautiful.

I have no complaints. I really love this property and we will come back.

staff was nice
