I reserved this hotel due to its close proximity to an event I was attending. It's easy accessibility to the Mission Inn Plaza area was a plus and I found a number of really good nearby restaurants in walking distance. I was also pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Can't think of much. I was a bit surprised that the breakfast had been discontinued and pool unavailable since most pandemic restrictions have been lifted, but neither of those features were that important to me. A microwave would have been nice, but certainly not a deal breaker.

The room was very clean and new. The staff was pleasant enough, although our only interactions were at check-in and check-out.

The neighborhood was a little rough, and the exterior of the hotel was discouraging (but then the inside of the room was a nice surprise).

The location is ok for downtown Riverside. It is a somewhat bad neighborhood, with homeless and crime.... But it is walkable to several great locations in downtown Riverside. I would suggest bear spray and a taser at night, but it is fine during the day. The pillows were small and lumpy, but not the worst...mattress and mattress pad were worn but sufficiently comfortable. Lots of cable channels to choose from, but no streaming or smart TV services. Water temp was hot, water pressure was good. Onsite parking available. Large compact refrigerator in the room. Restaurants next door.

EXTREMELY NOISY. I could hear everyone above, to the sides, in the walkway, street traffic. (which in Riverside includes lots of first responders, motorcycles and loud cars). Also, the hotel wasn't full and they still put me directly across from the ice machine, drink vending and hotel check-in window (office still closed for "COVID"). Don't stay in room 117. I had the fan on, brought a small fan for noise from home and had earplugs in and was still woken up constantly throughout the night due to noise. Heater use caused skunk type smell.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. It was a brief stay.

I didn't like the lighting in the room. It has those harsh ceiling lights that feel like you have spotlights on you.

overpriced, still following Covid requirements such as no facial tissue, could only talk to staff through a window. Terrible television provider. Guide not user friendly.
