ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Upon arrival our check in was with a computer face timing with some lady from India. She quoted me $25 dollars for pet fee in which turn out to be $35 upon checkout. When entering my room with my family we all smelled a heredous musty oder with an attempt to cover it up with some cheap commercial cleaning solution. The carpet felt damp and everything looked cheap and thrown together. The small fridge sat on a plastic tray with 2 PCs of composite decking material underneath which wobbled back and fourth making it hard to close or even keep the door closes. The phone didn't work when we tried to use it to call the desk when our tv didn't work for an our due to lost signal. The shower and toilet are in one room while the sink is outside the door forcing you to have to get dressed in the shower toilet area which is like changing in a phone booth terrible. Try this with your 84 yr old mother in law need I say more. Not once did room service come and turn the beds, or even empty the garbage, I took it out Musella. We had to ask for fresh towels., and garbage bags to keep the place halfway descent. Breakfast was a complete joke. Days in should not be aloud to say they serve breakfast because a coffee machine, prebagged danishes, and a fake pancake machine doesn't constitute breakfast, they are snacks to hold you over. Also the pool was old and dirty didn't even want to sit there and relax. Pet friendly NOT! There was no are to really walk your dog the dog poop bag station was empty and the poop had to be thrown out in the garbage cans by the rooms because there wasn't a can were the poop bags were supposed to be. Last but not least our quote from booking.com was not honored with them telling me they didn't know why we were quoted that. DO NOT USE THESE DAYS IN THEIVES. THEY ARE WAY OVERCHARGING FOR A COMPLETE RUN DOWN CRAPHOLE. IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND A PLACE WERE U GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR GO TO LA QUINTA THIS PLACE WAS FABULOUS.

We checked out very early in the morning and had to talk to some guy on a computer screen who I could not understand. Stop all this computer junk. You are a service oriented business. Customers should be able to talk to real people in real time. Very frustrating when I have to keep telling the guy on the computer that I can't understand what he is saying. Also, I checked out a day earlier than planned and have not seen a credit for my last day show up on my credit card.

All good .A little noise on the ground floor where the rooms have outside sitting area with Umbrellas . So the party goers noise travels.But otherwise they stopped early .

we like the renovated room and center proximity to everything in the area

the noise from the neighbors going out on the patio deck to smoke cigarettes and marijuana. we were in the room next to the stairs and they stood right outside our door every time .. 12/1/2/3am … loud had a flight out of punta gorda at 4 am .. no sleep. The hair behind the bathroom door and stuck to the wall was yuck. price was crazy… two nites.. translated into over 700.00 Canadian.. resorts with full amenities might be worth it but not a hotel room with no view and no privacy . sorry we will pass on this property next trip
